I ordered flowers from them for a friend in Miami Beach. I’m far away so it’s always a little nerve wracking ordering from an unknown company. They did a beautiful job - and clearly the roses are of very high quality. I love that they send an actual picture of the bouquet! I Highly recommend this florist!

Overall I was very happy with the experience, but I did have one issue with the website I’ll mention at the end.

I’m in Vermont and ordered these for a family in Sunny Isles. I did everything over the phone and the person I dealt with was great, and overall the process was very easy, from ordering to delivery. It took less than 10 minutes to do everything by phone.

My one issue comes because of the website. I attempted to order via that method through sunnyislesbeachflowers.com, however when you use the shopping cart it takes you to miamibeachflowers.com. So when I attempted to checkout and add delivery I got an error message saying they didn’t deliver to that address.

Basically as far as I can tell, they have four locations but only use one website which ties it to one of the four locations, which means you might be ordering in their delivery area but are unable to due to how their website is setup.

Still a five star experience!

Absolutely screwed me on Valentine’s Day, flowers and chocolate never showed up and then the driver called the following day at 6pm attempting to make delivery. After talking to the owner he claims it was more important to make timely delivery of more expensive orders first meanwhile I am located 10 mins from their warehouse…. The one day in the flower business where service needs to be too notch they drop the ball, what a shame!!!!

I will gladly write another negative review since the owner Chaim Casper decided to name drop my full name in my previous review which is neither here nor there. Let me just say once more this is not the flower shop to deal with for any of your occasions. Chaim does not have a grip on his business at all! A simple phone call day of delivery saying sorry we cannot make it today due to driver issue, over ordering, poor planning or whatever excuse they can think of would have sufficed! But nothing was said! No apologies, no updates nothing, like I said only the driver calling the following day at 6pm. You can see for yourself what kind of personality Chaim has just based off his response of my last review. I’ll be sharing my experience far and wide. I hope you're proud of the way you’ve handled things.

Easy and efficient! I was able to order flowers online at the last minute for a friend’s birthday the next day. Reasonable rates and a wide array of floral designs to choose from. I picked a simple and beautiful arrangement and was delivered by mid day.
