The sole repair he did on my Coach boots would’ve been fine if he didn’t damage the inside of them while doing the repairs. When asked if there was a way to fix it he said no, maybe I could use duct tape. I heard mixed reviews about his customer service, but was hoping for better. Not that he will, but I suggested he should let people know this could happen before hand.

This is ridiculous. He was supposed to re sole the whole shoe with tread, and this is what I got. He said he was removing the whole bottom and replacing it. You can clearly see the old bottom. Never again. $75, and I will most likely end up throwing the boots out now because no other cobbler wants to touch his work.

Had a great experience! I brought my wife's boots there to have the heals repaired. They were ready the next day with excellent workmanship. The price was $19.00 total for both heals which was well worth it. The Greek gentleman was nice and appears to be hard working. I was happy to support a local small business. He even wished me a Merry Christmas as I was leaving.

I brought in three pairs of Birkenstock shoes that I had worn for so long that the sole was nearly worn down to the cork. He was able to perfectly re-sole all three pairs for a very reasonable fee. Additionally, because I work an odd schedule, he kindly made arrangements for me to pick up my shoes after his normal business hours. Highly recommend!
