Absolutely horrible experience shopping at the store. I purchased three items that did not work and returned them within a few days and they would not return the items or give me my money back. The owner gave no solid reason other than them not doing returns on holiday items. I don't believe any customer should be forced to pay and keep items that don't work! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

Love, love, love this store so much. It’s not the content or merchandise of the store that I have an issue with it’s one particular staff member. I don’t know her name but every time I go in there she stares at me and walks around the desk so she can hear what I’m saying to my friends. She makes me very uncomfortable, she is an Indian lady. Every-time I go to check out she asks me what’s in my bag and where I bought it and she is very rude when she asks. Im gonna guess she thinks I’m stealing because I’m a young-adult and it concerns me that it’s her first thought.

Was in last week to return a Mother’s Day gift due to me not realizing I had already purchased the same one a couple of years ago. When I go to return the employee told me only the manger can do the return and that she was on her lunch break. Which I had no problem waiting for, I told her I would browse around in the meantime. The manger ended coming off her break. When She had entered the store, she was immediately rude to the employee. And didn’t say a word at first to me while processing the return. But when she did it was very rude and it was just very uncomfortable. I would never come back here again.

Excellent Hallmark store! It's very clean and well kept. They have a large stock of great little gifts and gift accessories. Plenty of holiday related stuff as well! It's been in this mall for many years and I've been shopping there for a while. Staff are always very kind and friendly as well! 😄

While the store has many great things the staff is rude and unhelpful. The girl behind the counter with the long reddish blonde hair was playing on her phone while I stood at the counter for 5 minutes and the continued to play on her phone while ringing me up. I asked if she could help me find something and she basically pointed and said it was over there. Never did end up finding it. It’s to bad because I really like the products they have in there.
