Me gustó pq consigues cosas como jabón,velas ,body wash,y crema para el cuerpo y además puede comprar en otro lado pq hay más tiendas es como un mall lo recomiendo muchos y sitio de comer gracias

Wow! There was SO much staff in there today and NOBODY was friendly or helpful! You would think with that much staff, one wouldn't need to ask for help. When I asked for help, they talked to me like I was stupid and acted put out for me bothering them. Once I spent the $200 that I did, then they were acting nice. The girl that checked me out was SO unfriendly! I'm a very friendly person so it really bothers me to be treated like this! Next time I'll spend my money elsewhere!

I have NEVER in my life had such a difficult Bath and body experience in my LIFE!!!!!!! I feel like I encountered the same employee I read about in other reviews…I don’t post reviews but this time it was necessary. Like the other person said, I hope this was a new employee if not they need to take them off the register. I was simply trying to exchange a scent that I didn’t care for and knew I wouldn’t use at all just by sniffing it…(first mistake, I purchased online….but oh well lesson learned.) Usually an employee will tell me that’s fine just go pick the items you’d prefer and they will remind me of the prices. This lady bless her heart she could not understand I wanted the same products I had just to pick a different scent. Made the experience to where I didn’t even want to purchase the extra items I had picked up. She made the entire process wayyyyyy too confusing. She was sweet and very nice so I feel a little bad for getting upset with her but like girl….you work at the biggest holiday shop around ….the line was non existent when I came in the store..by the time I left they had to get another employee up front to start checking out other customers….AFTER ALL THAT I HAD TO GO TO MY CAR FOR MY ID AFTER SHE SUGGESTED A DIFFERENT WAY OF RETURNING THE ITEM. Girl I just want my lotion. She almost made me lose my free item I got as well. Soooooo yall be the judge of that. Just a fair warning, this bath and body will not give you the warm fuzzy experience you are expecting. I left more stressed out than I already was. Even tho the parking is better at this location, the service is not, unfortunately. I’ll just go to parkway place or bridge street from now on.

I hope the person who assisted me was new. I went in to pick up an online order and discovered an item at the pick up counter I wanted to purchase. I was holding and examining the other item when I was given my pick up order and dismissed. She didn't ask if there was anything she could help with or anything else.
It really irritated me, and maybe it shouldn't have, but I let her know that I was considering purchasing the item I was looking at and she said that I could do that. I told her no thank you and left the store.

I stopped into the store at the Carl T Jones location. I usually shop at the store on Bridge Street, but since I was on this side, I decided to stop. Upon entering i was not greeted now was i asked if i could be helped. There appeared to be 10 plus workers there, and only 4 customers (5) including myself. The employees were having in depth conversations amongst themselves and clearly as a customer I was not important.
As I walked through the store and preceded to help myself, while passing other employees, still no assistance.
I will go back to the store where they value customers.
