This has not been a pleasant experience so far. We moved into our new home 9/30/24 completed our 30 day warranty walk through on 11/13/24 and we have work order that was issued 11/20/24 for Bath Kitchen and Tile. I have been trying to get in contact with someone to schedule an appointment for the items listed on the work order that need to be repaired. I have been calling 302-992-9220 since 11/20/24. The phone rings and the voicemail box is full. I googled Bath Kitchen and tile and found another number on the website and called that number. I was able to leave a voicemail, but have not heard back. Here we are in January 2025 and nothing has been completed as I’m unable to get in contact with someone. This is beyond frustrating.

Cammie did an excellent job working with us. I’m a DIY person and not always understanding to certain language used in the field. Cammi was wonderful being patient and taking the time to try and understand our needs. She hung in there when certain things were unacceptable with me from her distribution folks she dealt with. Thank you Cammi. Now the reason I only gave a 4 star rating is because of how long all the conversations back and forth with the distributors took to get a resolution ( long story). Then my product came in from the distributors and the sink was the wrong color. I was never notified of this until I came to pick it up. That just came out because the side splashes were missing when the correct sink came in. I’m only writing this because I really felt like this process was harder than it needed to be. Also I felt like I had to do a lot of work to make sure things are right along with having to fight ( give a step by step breakdown and reasons why I need what I need along with why it will work) for what I wanted on top of the heavy cost for these products. At no time was I ever offered any compensation for all the problems and disconnects that happened along the way. If they did I probably wouldn’t have taken it because the local store did nothing wrong. But acknowledging that the process wasn’t what it should have been would have made all this writing not necessary. Good products and quality material overall.

I sure love my new kitchen but am so disappointed that I still am missing an upper cabinet and can not seem to get anyone to respond to my messages. These cabinets were installed in October, I moved in in December, and have not heard anything from BK&T since. There are also several damaged places that need attention and the upper lighting is just hanging loose. Also missing solid doors to hide venting. I'm not pleased!!

Awful experience. We moved into our new place in April, they took until September to complete my island. Upon completion of the work, there’s a huge noticeable scratch that they tried to use cover up paint for. They ignore calls, emails, etc. when you do get in contact they send you directly to a voice mailbox that is full. I was forced to do business with this company because my builder used them. How they have any good reviews is crazy to me. Stay away.

We have been designing and redesigning our kitchen for months. We have been dealing with Cammie and she is AWESOME. Her attention to the littlest detail is to be commended. She's so personable and friendly. Now we're anxiously waiting for the installation to be completed. We love this place!

We used BKT to remodel our kitchen including installation of flooring. The difference between a “good job” and an “excellent job “ is attention to detail and the designer, Maureen and the installers Jason and Jason did just that. We were surprised and pleased each day when we would go to the kitchen to see and review the progress with Jason and Jason. Their goal was total customer satisfaction which they achieved. The installers are exceptional workers but good people. We were home most to observe them working and we established a good relationship during the time they were here. We never worried about leaving them along in our home-trusting them completely. We only worried they might need something from us, if we weren’t there. We had some fun too, and we missed them when their portion of the job was completed. For us they set a new standard for meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction. The quality of their work on our kitchen we will enjoy for many years to come. It was indeed a pleasure to work with Jason and Jason
