I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessional behavior my mother experienced at this facility. As she was finishing a four-hour exam, a staff member abruptly entered the exam room at exactly 5:00 PM and demanded that she leave immediately. Despite my mother’s tearful request for just two more minutes to submit her exam, the staff member refused and even threatened to shut off internet access.

The district owner later acknowledged that two other staff members were already planning to stay late that evening. These employees, upon witnessing the situation, encouraged my mother to sit back down and complete her submission. However, because of the initial staff member’s unnecessary hostility and insistence on removing her from the room, she lost all progress on her exam and was unable to submit it.

When I addressed this issue with the district owner, I was met with dismissiveness. Not only did they refuse to provide the name of the employee responsible, but they also treated the conversation with a lack of seriousness, even giggling throughout.

I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the two staff members who showed professionalism and compassion in an attempt to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, I am unable to acknowledge them by name. As for the staff member who chose to act in such an unprofessional and callous manner, I hope you take the necessary steps to reflect on your behavior and improve how you treat others.

Incredibly rude, unprofessional, and immature staff. People like that should not be allowed to work with the public. It's shameful. I would never go somewhere that condones such behavior. Do better.

Wow ! That’s is the best way I can put it .. this is such a organized, beautiful, huge selection, knowledgeable staff, nice staff, clean floors, clean restrooms oh did I mention organized I have never seen a library so organized it was so amazing I enjoyed every second I was there with my baby …

What a delightfully kind respectful helpful crew is at this library. They have a wonderful extremely reasonable priced resale. As well as the lending library. Computers and staff that will help you do almost anything you need to do.

We’re so lucky to have a community library that works so hard to engage with our children! My kids have grown up at all the various programs and at 20 & 11, they are voracious readers! The 10 year old had been involved in book babies, then preschool story times, then elementary school summer programs, now taking the free ukulele lesson program and whizzing through the books he checks out each week! We’ve enjoyed concerts and art exhibits here and always love to say hi to our favorite people- the librarians! Thanks so much for making our community so much brighter! ♥️

The social distancing is not used and patrons in the area will step into your face. Being close is not considered disrespectful or a problem.

The fatalities of Coronavirus-19 ARE a problem. Nor is it considered against the rules to have social conversations the entire 50% of the library hears it, for over 20 minutes the entire day.
