Ms. B & Emily they are the residents advocate. They are amazing. Absolutely amazing!

They are VERY understaffed.
I love all of the Nurses.
I love all of the aides. This is NOT an easy job. Mentally and emotionally. I think the facility needs to take the residents outside.

The food takes a while to get to the residents. Due to being short staffed. I LOVE that they have a receptionist that opens the door because ALL doors are LOCKED. Love the safety here! The employees get to know their residents but being short staffed affects plenty of areas. Most importantly affects the residents.

I will continue to be a voice for the residents and staff.

My uncle stayed at this facility and had such a positive experience. He made friends with the staff and fellow residents.

While visiting him for Christmas, maintenance, nursing, everyone stopped in to wish him Merry Christmas. His eyes lit up and the conversations picked up as if they’d been talking the whole time and not just the bit they were there. So friendly!

Bay Terrace has kind and caring staff who focus on the needs of their residents. Each time I visit, the patients are engaged with the staff in a manor that helps the patients feel at home. They are making updates to the facility that create a new, fresh, welcome environment. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for rehabilitation or long term care.
