My experience was good until it wasn't. My salesman was a straight shooter, so that was good. However, we had a done deal, at essentially asking price I might add, and I was awaiting wire transfer instructions when they sold the car to another person. You would have thought they would have held the car for me since I already had a deal and was just awaiting wire transfer instructions to send the funds over.

This review should reflect poorly on the sales manager. My salesman had a family emergency and needed to leave for the day, but the sales manager did not reach out to continue the process or appoint another salesman to continue where mine left off. There was no communication, and I had to reach out to the dealership several times on my own to figure out what was going on.

Ultimately, the poor performance of the sales manager lost me the deal on the car because they did not reach out to continue the process after my salesman had to go home to their family emergency, and due to that, and them not having a hold on the car for me (which is bizarre for how far I was in the process), sold the car to another person.

I bought my first car here in December of 2018. I cannot that you enough Bayird staff for taking care of us so well. This was a stressful experience, but you all helped us immensely. I will definitely consider buying from them again. Thanks again guys. Oh, and our salesman is no longer there. His name is Dirk Argo and he is at the West Memphis Bayird now. Be sure to look him up he's awesome, helpful, and makes the whole process better for everyone involved.

Very disappointed in this location customer service. After I was done with my jeep service payment, they called a week later with more bills because they forgot to charge me for additional services after I already paid. They charge you for a lot of fees that are simple fixes.

We were on a road trip and ran into car trouble (worn out wheel bearings). The team here at Bayird service department were quick to diagnose, find the part, and fix the problem.
