Desirea Grochola awesome Practitioner! Great service as soon as you walk in the door. Receptionist is welcoming and caring. I have had hearing aids for years and this is the first time that I can say the service there is GREAT! Got tested for hearing and Desirea took the time to explain my results. This is the first time that I got my hearing aids on the day of my examination before I had to wait weeks for them to come in. Ms. Grochola took me outside the office to help me understand my hearing aid settings. I was amazed that I could hear the birds outside. Wonderful people at the Chipley location. Paid $4,000 28 months ago and now the right one is dead and needs to go to factory for repair. Out of warranty. $400 to repair it. I would expect something that costs $4,000 to last longer than 28 months. I have TV's that cost $300 that are several years old and still operating like new. Never again, Beltone. 9-18-2024 the store is closed. Leaving messages is useless. Hard to believe that so many give this business good reviews. No one ever followed up with me on my complaint after 3 weeks.

My experience was not good. My appt was at 1:30 a lady had fallen prior to my appt but refused any treatment - left store and then fell again after coming out of another store. The staff was so concerned re ? That they left me sitting 45 minutes without an apology Even when I asked if audiologist was in and was told yes but they were behind 2nd to lady falling. The staff kept coming out, going outside and talking but would not even acknowledge my presence. I finally just left asking that my appt be canceled . I prefer never to work with the Chipley Office in as they were so very unprofessional. I am from the health field and never would have treated a patient/customer that way.

Today I needed service on my hearing aides.
I purchased them at Beltone about two years ago and they needed a little cleaning I couldn't do. I took them into the Chipley office and in about 15 minutes I was all set to go and no charge to boot. Can't do any better than that except for the pleasant attitude and big smiles I received from the girls at the front desk.
