A LOT MORE store than you expect! The store itself is massive and has everything you will need or want (except for post cards). However, the staff was snotty... but to be fair: they looked like salty-skinned teenagers that just got their first patch of peach fuzz - so I get it.

Saturday afternoon, August 3, 2024, my family and I were in the store enjoying the wide selection of goodies offered. We picked out a couple of toys for our little one. However, as we were waiting in line to check out, the store clerk asked the crowd what the Taylor Swift Eras Bracelets were called. I guess he was having trouble pulling up a price in the system. The crowd attempted to help, but then he became angry that everyone was "yelling all at once". His attitude instantly changed and was cussing and complaining as if he had the worst job in the world. Several people asked him to stop cussing, which he replied that if customers didn't like it, they could leave. I ended up speaking up as well as there were several children in the line, including my 3 year old boy. I asked him to stop cussing because there were children present. He replied with the assumption that my toddler wouldn't understand the cuss words anyways. Spoil alert, he understands everything. After my encounter with him, 4-6 customers left their items and walked out. He then threw the bracelet aggressively to the side since that customer left the store as well as a result of his attitude.

I understand we all have bad days but it does not excuse his behavior. It represented the store horribly.

After I walked out (for his safety), he commented to my sister who was number one in line at the time to purchase sunglasses, saying, "He's lucky I didn't call the cops. He doesn't know what I can do." Funny he should say that when he was the source of disorderly conduct in public.

Do as you please with this information but I just wanted to make the owner(s) aware what happened in their store.

Wonderful store . We stop by every year and always buy something from toys to shoes to decor. Great variety.BUT..
Gave 3 stars bc there was no employee there when we were there. We rang bell at register several times. Walked around looking for an employee. Noone could find anyone. 14 minutes later a man came out from back room telling us he's overworked and working alone and we all have no idea what he's dealing with. He kept complaining to the 10 or so people waiting in line to check out that he's overworked.
The store itself is great. But someone could have just walked out with merchandise without paying and then he scolded the customers for wanting to check out.

Victoria is the only saving grace of that entire company. The owners are horrible and use their employees like they're expendable trash. Ask anyone who use to work at their Amazon warehouse. I wouldn't support them if you respect hard working people.
