So I came here to get a gift for my neighbors wedding anniversary. Shout out to Michelle and Paul for the Great customer service. They are very knowledgeable of wine, liquor, etc. In addition, It should be noted on occasion, I come here for pickup deliveries as a gig worker and to get something for a hot date Lol.

Nice little place, service is great. I walked out with a 12 pack and the cashier volunteered to replace it with a cold one, you don't get that many places. I also like reading the descriptions of all the products. It sounds like the owner takes little sips of everything in the store, fun job.

Did not have a pleasant customer experience at this store today. I am a person of color in his late 30s, waiting on the checkout line with three white males ahead of me. During their transaction, the person wringing them up engaged in light conversation, and at no point ask for them to produce identification. The first question I was asked during my point-of-sale transaction was to produce identification. When I asked why I was required to produce identification when the patrons who purchased before me weren't, the people wringing up my item provided a poor reason/excuse. While I did continue with my transaction, I felt uncomfortable, an couldn't shake the feeling that I was being discriminated against. While the person who appeared to be the manager on duty attempted to assure race didn't play a factor between the customer experience I received compared to the white patrons, it did not help. I am not certain this establishment will be earning my repeat business..

Worst customer service ever no one was willing to help me find liquor I needed. When I get to the cash register the cashier and whoever’s behind the desk up top was just sitting there talking took forever to come down and help me and the cashier was so rude let’s do better BevMax
