My friend and I ordered masks for a 60th masquerade bday party (12/9/2023). I really loved my mask(pink). It was pretty, elegant and sturdy! Very good quality! It was a little warm on my face but I just took breaks from it. I'd definitely purchase from this company again. My friend got hers (black) from this company too. She said hers was ok. She didn't necessarily like what she picked out but there's no complaints about the company at all. Delivery was a week from CA to OH.

I ordered masks for my husband and myself for a Masquerade Ball this week. Ann in customer service answered my call and was so helpful! I was looking for something special, yet comfortable as we will be wearing them for several hours. I was in search of something special and formal, yet not too ornate as to not distract from my beautiful dress. Ann described the different types of materials used and recommended a softer, lighter weight mask. I received them quicker than expected, and the quality was outstanding! I referred several friends that will all be attending and they too were amazed at the quality and beauty. I will post pictures when all dressed and styled. Highly recommend for all of the reasons stated!

Excellent customer service. One of the masks I had order arrived damaged and Beyond Masquerade immediately responded and sent a replacement mask in time for my event. Quality is good for the price. This company is great and I would do business with them again.

Ordered two masks 3 days ago and paid extra for Priority Shipping. Tracking still says that it has not left their facility. No way will we have the masks in time for the party we're going to on Saturday. Tried to call but no one ever answers the phone and you can't leave a message because the number says voicemail has not been set up.

Several weeks ago we ordered and received a wolf mask along with 2 other. The quality was fantastic & they are well made! The pictures do not do them justice on how beautiful, colorful and full of sparkle your masks are! Once we put them on we knew we looked amazing and we recieved so many compliments. The owner made sure we recieved our masks on time and was so sweet during our ordering process. I highly recommend this company!!

Friendly staff and great service! Their masquerade masks are exquisite and unique, far different from the masks you see in every tourist shop. Beautiful handmade and affordable. Update: I have received my ram mask, unfortunately I can barely see out of it. I never thought of my eyes being all that close together. It says that it’s unisex, but I have a feeling it may fit men more than women as men usually have eyes a bit more farther apart. Unless you aren’t meant to see well out of the mask, it still looks cool and I’ll still wear it for Halloween, but I was really hoping my blue eyes would really POP, and you can’t see them. /Before Update: I haven’t received my package yet so I will edit it again when I receive it in 2 days. I had written a scathing review until someone told me that Countryside, IL, Israel is actually in the US, but since the last location the shipping tracker that this site uses said it was in Bucklin, MO, US I freaked out. I would suggest that the website use a different tracker, the tracker in my email was from after ship, so that someone like me doesn’t think their package is going to the other side of the world, as I do not know all the cities in Illinois and it’s not so far fetched that any place in the world could have a “Countryside” I was assuming they were going to dump it on a hill in Israel somewhere... ?

I ordered the women’s ram horns and when I received them, they were attached to the headband completely crooked. One horn was on the top on the headband and the other was way down the side. Even if you slide the headband to where the horns should be, it is way far down on one side and it is very uncomfortable. It was very frustrating as this is my costume in a week. But once customer service responded, they were extremely friendly. I opted to try to fix them myself only because I was nervous I wouldn’t receive a new one in time.
