Tony Crews was great. Thanks, Tony, in all your help through our tough time.as you know we were involved in an accident where this lady pulled out in front of us - No way to miss her. Both our cars were totalled. Allen did the estimates for State Farm ( her insurance) and he was very very helpful as well. When it was clear our truck was totalled, we decided we needed to just buy a new Chevy High Country so we could pull our camper back to East Tennessee. Tony helped us every step along the way. He even made a special trip to our campsite at Hart Springs to bring us the temp plate and pick up some papers from us. Also,the lady who helped us finalize the financial side was very friendly and helpful. This dealership is great. I highly recommend it to others.

Drove 3.5 hours to buy a used car from them.
Website has 3 pictures showing the car in good condition

Here is the picture they did not post.
No mention anywhere the car was damaged. The door cannot even be opened.

7 hours of driving total I wasted.

I just stopped by to see wat was new, ended up leaving with a great deal. It wasn't easy, Tony Cruise took me under his wing and worked really hard to please my wife and I. We wanted a new truck they did not have in stock. Not to fear,Tony used his experience and web expertise to not only locate what we designed but had it in the lot in a day. It's a beautiful truck and we are grateful to Tony for his no nonsense business ethics.

I cannot recommend Big Bend Chevrolet in Chiefland enough. Dishon and Tim are amazing to work with. I was in a situation where we needed a larger vehicle and they made it happen. I am a life time customer now. They also helped my mom get into a larger car to meet her needs. I recommend anyone to do business with them. They care about their customers like family. Very professional. Timely service. EASY to do business with. Forget the days of dreaded car shopping. The entire team is a breeze to work with.
