Great experience from start to finish. I got an immediate response to my inquiry for service and had a technician at my house the next morning at 8– and it was a Monday morning. Kevin was efficient and took the time to explain everything to me, including the price for different options. He also very kindly answered a few other general plumbing questions, like showing me how to shut off the water in an emergency and how to drain the outside lines for winter. He finished up the work and was in and out in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend this business.

B & L Plumbing has been my go-to company for years. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else! Chelsea, Amanda, and Ryan are always a pleasure to deal with and extremely helpful when setting up a service call. Every technician I've worked with over the years has always been knowledgeable and easy to work with. On the last couple visits their technician Chase was particularly great through the whole process. Thanks again B & L!

Great customer service and prompt response. Chase showed up on time and was very professional and respectful. He replaced the water heater in no time. I shopped around and confirmed they offered competitive rate for the service. I would definitely hire them again for plumbing services.

I had a water leak and B & L was the first company to come out and assess the situation without charging an arm and a leg. Kevin was able to assess the situation quickly/efficiently and explain to me what was going on. He also gave me education to prevent any further leaks. They even have an awesome maintenance program that I will be signing up for. Thank you for great service!

How does this company get awards? They don’t return calls. You call for a repair of two jobs and when they come out they only do one and say they will be back, but never do. You call the main office and they say they can only call the customers house from one line because the others go to voicemail. Then use that line and don’t use the excuse. And by the way, I never get voicemails from you. Since I am a totally disabled veteran who has had multiple surgeries it is hard to do things. I had Affordable plumbing install a whole house filtration system for a small fortune. They were out for a year trying to get rid of the rotten egg smell they created. I called the HALO manufacturer and they said it should not be put on a well system, and I have a well. I called B & L to repair my garbage disposal that had come loose which they did. I also asked them to replace the two stage large water filters. I was told they kept filters on the truck. He took a water sample and said he would be back (Arnold said that from Terminator but he did come back). I have called them numerous times to see when they were coming. They told me once it would cost $400.00. I am still waiting. I was told I have hard water. I know that. The test was taken before any filtration. I need a company I can rely on. I guess B&L is not one. I will go with WIRENUT. Now I bet B&L will be able to call today! They are unreliable. I do not like to be lied to. Waste of time with them.

Definitely glad to recommend B&L Plumbing. They've come out a few times on the same day to repair our water heater over the years. Chase was super helpful with diagnosing and fixing a propane leak in our supply line. Fast, professional, and courteous service!

Fast, friendly service. They were my 3rd call on a snowy day and when everyone else said they couldn’t see me until the middle of next week, they sent someone out within 2 hours! Rick was great. Honest and helpful. B&L will be my first call next time:)
