Took a Craftsman mower in for a no start repair.waited a week,was told metal shavings in oil,motor bad,runs ,but smokes...,none of these were issues when dropped.
Informed that I would be picking up (work completed).Arrived and went to empty shop,took pics,only to find oil filter never touched.Paid and took my merchandise....

Best Rental Shop around! Andy and his team will always get you taken care of. Really could be named B-L Rental, Inflatables, and Equipment. They have a huge selection of mowers, saws, trimmers, and everything else you could possibly need to purchase. Great people.

Excellent customer service and very helpful with questions. I would recommend, for the price, that you rent any equipment more long term. Makes more since for the money. I rented a mini excavator and got some serious work accomplished and very happy.

These are the worst people to deal with they wont call back they rent out terrible equipment. None of it is maintained it is dangerous and should not be rented to the public. The owner and the the "gentleman" Andy are some of the rudest people I have met and will close the store during regular hours without notice leaving you with out your scheduled rental. I strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere,these people do not care about your time or safety, they just want your money.

Good place for equipment rental on some things they also are a badboy mower dealer and scag dealer, Stihl dealer and usually has what we need when we go in whether it be mower blades or equipment they also have a mechanic shop to fix your equipment will recommend them for sure

My brother rented the backhoe and it was super weak/wore out. It wouldn't do the job that its made to do. As well as the bucket kept falling off because one of the pins wasn't even correct. Told them and they said they would call me back. Never heard from them so when I called I was told there wasn't anything "wrong " with the tractor and that it was light duty only, which was what we were doing and yet it still couldn't do the simplest task. They could make this right they just choose not to. Beware renting from them if you actually need the equipment to work.
