My family recently stayed at a hotel that BPS provides security at. The day and night security officers were friendly and helpful. When we had an issue with another guest at the hotel, blocking our vehicle so we couldn't leave, the officer immediately took care of the situation.

I would give NEGATIVE but can't.
I was at my cousin's wedding on September 25, 2022 & Black Python Security was working the venue. I was getting ready to head back to my car to take some medication (not that its anyone's business) but had no water in my car. I figured I'd just take 3 water bottles with me. 1 for me & 2 extra for my family that was waiting for me outside.
As I was going down this tiny hallway I hear a loud, intimidating masculine yell "ma'am" & as I turn around I see this 6'7 something 400lbs man towering over me, a 5'0 130lbs female, viciously grabbing at me to get the water bottles out of my arms. I instinctively turn my body away from him causing him to corner me against the wall still grabbing at the water bottles. I ask him why & all he said was "its the law". I told him that I needed it but that's when he forcefully grabbed the last water bottle out of my hand causing it to spray water all over myself & the wall. He walks away repeating "it the law" as if that makes what he did okay.
As I write this I am uncontrollable shaking & crying.

Everytime me and my friends and family head out to xlanes it’s always this one Security that has the best energy she keeps a smile on her face and always make sure she’s tell us to have a good night and be self. Love seeing her face cool lady. On the other hand big guy was there yesterday RUDE AS HELL

Very professional and they know security . Hired them for 3 events , and a 4th one coming up . So far they have been nothing but perfect ! On time , dressed professionally , and they even stayed longer than anticipated because guests didn’t leave on time . Highly recommend
