They cheated on me. They charged me ludicrously. They charged me about $250 for changing the fuse of the alarm code my company set. But it doesn't work normally and the dash before starting the engine makes a strange sound. Worst service. I've been to several dealers, but this is the worst. When you leave your truck here, you'll have to be prepared to get scammed.

Very kind and patient. Erick was very helpful and made my whole situation seamless. He answer all my questions without judgment or sarcasm even if my questions should have been common sense. He cleared up all my confusion politely and professionally. I didn't work directly with Vinny but he was very welcoming and attentive. Joe was nice as well. Very nice and fair people from my experience. Erick went above and beyond even helping me carry my heavy part back and forth to my truck and unstraping it. Thank you again Erick, you're appreciated! I don’t normally do reviews like this, but feel this one is necessary. I purchased a 2022 Cascadia new, as in the past I never had an issue with their trucks or service. Around 15K miles i started having a front end clunking. I brought this truck to Black Rock Truck Group in Branford CT multiple times for this issue as I live nearby. Every time charged a diagnostic fee and told there was no issues found. 10/23 I brought the truck in with the clunking issue and to have an alignment done. I was told there were no issues, charged $300 for an alignment, and $209 for diagnostic. I went back again 3/24 for the clunking problem and more uneven tire wear on the drives. They claimed the front springs needed to be replaced due to hollowed out bushings. They replaced them under warranty, which I am thankful for as it fixed the clunking. They charged me another $300 for an alignment and performed a brake recall. I immediately noticed the steering wheel wasn’t centered and it was pulling harder to the right. Being down almost two weeks waiting, I needed to get back on the road. Figured I would bring it back next hometime, 4/24. The morning after I discovered a massive air leak. Passenger brake hose blew off as it wasn’t tightened from the brake recall. In the first couple weeks out I noticed cupping in the passenger steer tire. I also started getting vibrations. Due to being home in a couple weeks, I decided to keep going. Ended up destroying the tire completely. I brought it back in for these issues as well as a MIL light on the dash. They blamed everything on the tire and blamed the tire wear on the front shocks. They were previously checked last visit and the shocks were fine. They then charged $408 for diagnostics, $664 for front shocks, wanted for charge $300 for another alignment and replace both steer tires. There were also discrepancies regarding the MIL light. Both the check engine and MIL light came on, truck wasn’t diving or shifting right for a short time. The check engine light went off but the MIL light stayed on. I pulled a spn84 (vehicle speed sensor), which I also took a picture of. First quote stated there were no lights on, second stated “PULLED THE VEHICLE IN AND PLUGGED INTO THE VEHICLE AND THERE WAS CODE 521031 FMI 16 FOR PRESSURE DEVIATION TO LOW. LOOKED INTO THE FAULT AND DID NOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG WITH THE VEHICLE. RAN A FSIC TO CHECKED THE FUEL SYSTEM AND ALL PRESSURES WERE PERFECT. NO ISSUES WITH THE ENGINE”. Now I have new springs and shocks, need a new steer tire, alignment, uncentered steering wheel, vibrations, out yet another $1179.96 as well as more down time. I also brought my truck there in 1/23 for the clunking issue, a check engine light, overhead, and to have some body panels replaced. There was also a recall for an exhaust bracket. The check engine light was an inlet NOX sensor. I was told they will not touch the truck until the body parts came in, which I was given the run around on. Every time I called I was given a different answer. I asked to have the sensor replaced, then I would bring the truck back when the body parts came in. They refused. When I stated I would be down to pickup the truck, they told me it was taken apart and couldn’t be picked up. I drove down there to find the truck not touched, went to the parts counter for the sensor, and picked the truck up. My brother later picked up the body parts to find one piece missing. I spoke to the manager to be told it may have blown out of his truck, later to be found in their stock pile after telling him that’s not the case. Due to the exhaust support recall not being done then, the exhaust pipe blew out of the one box for the second time. That caused my dog and I to drive with an exhaust filled cab, getting pulled over and humiliated on the way to a freightliner dealer in Lancaster Pensilvania. They fixed the problem in a timely manner and were wonderful. Thank you Black Rock Truck Group! Also hope your tech got what he needed when he took my truck to the smoke shop. (GPS tracked truck)

Service department has gone down hill since the girls left the place horrible costumer service left my truck for service and 24 hr later i did not have a quote yet for a simple job, if you are concern about your money and truck been repair on time avoid this place

I went to Frieghtliner of Brandford with a verbal request to check on a blower motor issue and a PM service. They over charged me for the PM, then they stole 260 dollars by saying the did an assessment on the blow motor that I don’t believe they did. When they finally called me and said it wasn’t under “their” warranty, I told they do not do anything. So they hit me with a diagnostic charge of $204. That was because I wouldn’t let they go any further. I will never do business here again. Not even if they cleaned tires. They are crocks and robbers. Doesn’t make sense.
