you guys need to let customers know about your $75 hold BEFORE they order drinks. like put up a big sign or have your bouncers tell people on the way in!!! you are tricking people by only having it on the receipt AFTER the card is swiped. absolutely ridiculous, i will never be back. EDIT: i see your response, why the hell are you checking peoples accounts? this is the only bar that i have ever seen do this. and again you need to be telling people about that BEFORE they hand over a card. what a horrible way to run a business.

The Black Saddle catered our private event of about 70 people. The food and service were amazing. The chili was phenominal. It was the perfect space for hosting an event. I definitely will be back.

1st time at the place. The bouncer was very rude. I walked in with a plain blue tank top on and was told there was a dress code. He said next time don't wear it. Looked around and there where many people with tank tops. A few minutes later a guy walked in with a basketball jersey on. The bouncer said nothing to him and just let him walk in. Seems like I was singled out. Probably never go there again.

If you pay for your tab with your card just know they will charge you 75 fkn dollars even though your drinks only cost 12 dollars! If you’re going to be charging people triple what they ordered at least have the damn decency to let people know before you charge us.! Will def not be going back and if I do get dragged to this dumb again I’ll be paying with cash!

I ordered two drinks hours before closing. There was barely any customers yet the bouncer came to me after just a few minutes of my second drink telling me I can't stay there if I don't order more right away. I felt hated for absolutely no reasons. I still left a 50% tip because the bartenders were not to be blamed for his disgusting actions. But I left with a heavy heart and will not come back. I don't understand the hate

Hateful bouncer for no reasons. Doesn't like paying customers who tip well. I went there last Thursday and the minute he sees your not actively drinking even right after a few drinks, he tells you to leave in a very humiliating way. I'm coming back only when you get rid of this horrible idiot

if you wanna be hit with projectiles by unremoresful bartenders this is the place for you! We stopped in to get a drink after a concert and because we thought the duck claw machine was cute. The bartender decided it would be hilarious to throw ice at the bouncers and hit me instead. None of them bothered with even a basic apology, even when we said something to her and the other bartenders.
