Family trip to Telluride - black tie was worth every penny! The tech delivered to our condo and set up each skier based on ability and we didn't have one issue. That is a testimont to well maintained equipment. I worked in this industry decades ago. Super pleased. We will be using them in the future. I have never experienced such fabulous customer service from a ski rental shop & I’ve been to many over the years. Jacque was fabulous when making my initial reservation & he reached out to me with the demo skis available that he felt were comparable to what i requested. I forgot my boots at home & Jacques response “no problem! We’ll bring you a pair”. The delivery to the ski lodge was such a nice touch. I had a change of plans from my initial rental & again Black Ties response “no problem”. The team that works in the mountain village location were extremely helpful & Brook went way beyond to help find a pair of boots that would work. She is THE BOMB!! Not only do they deliver the equipment to you they also pick it up at your location.Ya gotta love that customer service! And, when researching ski rentals in Telluride they were the least expensive!! Whats not to love about this place!!

This is a 5* operation! Their amazing delivery n pick up service, knowledgeable n patient techs and wide choice of top equipment make them the immediate choice.
Their staff in Telluride go above n beyond to get you the right equipment n detailed explanation of the performance thereof.
These guys make it very easy from an individual to a family group.. not always easy and they stay upbeat, positive n gracious to make sure everyone’s happy!

Black Tie makes ski rental so easy! They came to the house for fittings and to pick up the rentals at the end of our stay. They were so nice and accommodating. They even swapped out my son's boots mid-way through our trip at their shop at the base and made that switch easy. Worth the money!

Black Tie was phenomenal, from their customer service over the phone to the team members in the store! I highly recommend Black Tie for those needing ski equipment, not only for the excellent quality, but the excellent, friendly, informative and helpful service they offered. We were able to get fitted in the town of Telluride (close to our hotel) and was able to change out and get equipment adjusted in Mountain Village when we were up there for skiing. Leaving our equipment at the store in Mountain Village was super helpful, so we didn't have to carry it all down (on the gondola/walking to our hotel) every day after skiing. That really took a load off of us. The team members were all so awesome and helped us with whatever we needed, whether it was adjusting our equipment or answering our questions. I really felt like we got the Black Tie service. Thank you! 🙂

Black tie is the ONLY place we will rent equipment from. The equipment is great, lots of options and the staff is incredible. Every interaction is always pleasant and fast. We’ve worked with them dozens of times and always grateful.

We only use BlackTie at Lumiere in Telluride. Renting, exchanging, and returning are incredibly simple. They take care of absolutely everything. Sam and Jay are the best!!

We called late afternoon the day before we planned to hit the slopes. Black Tie had a team at our door the next morning with equipment for our whole party and had us on the slopes super quickly. Returns we as easy as leaving our gear at the front door at the end of the day on the last day of our reservation.
