I believe I have found the perfect bakery, or as near to perfection as I think possible. I'm a bread guy, I love bread and butter, bread and oil, bread and well anything. From this place, 4 days ago, I had the best bread I can remember eating....ever. It was so good that my daughter traveled 40 minutes to share it with other serious bread fans.
Fast forward 3 days and the blueberry pie I picked up with the bread is finally being served at a family dinner. 100% of the people who tried it sincerely said that it was the best blueberry pie they have had, and all of them said it was the crust that put it at the top.
Now I've tried well over a dozen bakeries for bread in this area, non of them impressed. Now I can stop searching. So to this small business, I say thank you and keep up the amazing work!

The owner was so incredibly welcoming and kind. We got a sourdough waffle (which had a delicious sourdough tang) and he didn't charge us so of course we tipped well. Will definitely come back.

We had the spicy loaf and it was soft and absolutely delicious! Christian gave us coffee on the house. It was my lunch today. I am adding more. I came back in and ordered for my workplace. Christian was gracious again and filled up a gift bag so I can take it in to work.

I went to East Hampton to visit a friend’s shop and she suggested I check out the bakery. I’m so happy I did. I had never even heard of pistachio bread and thought why not? Hands down the best bread I have ever tasted. I can’t wait to try all the breads he offers. You will not be disappointed!!

Went there on 2/8 and my sister and I treated ourselves with their cheesecake. Absolutely delicious 😋 light and fluffy. The taste was fantastic! My mom use to make cheesecake all the time. And bless her soul, but Black walnuts version was better. (Sorry mom! ) We also picked up 2 cookies and a white loaf bread good for toasting... which are amazingly good. Very happy they changed their hours to stay open longer on weekends and hope they become very successful 😀
