the run around on when the car was going to be ready I begin driving home and the check engine light comes on no less then 10 miles away from the dealership. fast forward a week and a half they never did my plate transfer with the Rmv , I was pulled over and the vehicle was towed since the 7 day time period to transfer a plate had expired. ( which now I have to go court for ) jan 11 I signed all the paperwork jan 23 car gets towed Jan 24 I come back sign for new plates after a couple of weeks of waiting February 10th I received the plates they overnighted. plate registration date is February 3. a week to overnight plates. By far the worst experience Ive ever had with a dealership. currently at the dealership awaiting the check engine light diagnosis.

After this review was viewed the general manager chandler confronts me throws a tantrum as you can see in the photos and kicks me out of the dealership without fixing the issue. World class treatment at this location.

From the terrific sales person, Lulu Torres, to Jeff, Zach and Chandler, the whole process of buying a used car to replace our 2009 Toyota Prius with 300,000 miles was friendly with no pressure!

What did we choose? A 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Limited with 78,000! It's history said it had never been in a crash. All the maintenance had been done over the 3 previous owners.
