I took my BMW to the dealership for a mirror repair and evaluation, having owned the car for just over a month at that point. I had an 8:30 AM appointment, dropped off my car without issue, and was promptly provided a ride home. Shortly after, I received a video outlining the findings, and I was told that the service advisor would be calling me shortly.

However, I never received a call that day. By 5 PM, I called and left a message, but didn’t hear back until around 8:30 PM—far too late for a timely update. The lack of communication was frustrating, so the next day, I called again and explained that I have poor cell service at work and that I would likely miss their calls. Despite this, I had to make multiple calls, and the person directing my inquiries to I believe Allen was not even the correct contact, it was Jose.

I repeatedly asked to speak with someone who could update me on the status of my vehicle, and only able to leave a message every time. I was forced to escalate my concerns to corporate just to get someone on the line. Eventually, I received a text from the service manager, Todd, claiming the service advisor had tried calling me numerous times, which was simply untrue.

After getting my mirror fixed, I decided to take my car to another shop for a second opinion on some other issues. I’m so glad I did. Continental Imports provided fantastic service, offering excellent communication and a level of professionalism that was sorely lacking at BMW Gainesville. I will never return to that dealership.

Received Fast and speedy service upon our Inquiry and in dealership dealings. Tyler was very personable and friendly and made sure we were comfortable our entire visit. Mark the Sales manager was very nice as well and not once did we feel pressured or uncomfortable. Melvin the gentlemen who took care of our signing was ever patient with our growingly frustrated and hungry toddler and we cannot thank everyone enough for the kindness and patience we were shown while striking a deal on our vehicle purchase. I'm so grateful to the staff at the BMW service department. I took my mini Cooper for an oil change at another dealership, which wound up causing an oil leak. I brought it to BMW service hoping they could quickly identify the problem, which they did. They corrected the errors the prior dealership had made and sent me on my way within an hour...without charge. I am so grateful to have these experts available and absolutely plan on having all future oil changes at BMW.
