We would not hesitate to take our granddaughter to Bouncyland. The place is exceptionally clean, well lit and supervised.

Hand sanitizers are in every room and the inflatables are cleaned daily.

The admission price is affordable. There is also a snack bar.

The second floor is specifically designed for children 5 and under, which is a plus for smaller children.

My daughter described it as "Bouncy fun". There are so many bouncy houses and fun arcades. There is even a fun area for toddlers. Reasonably priced. Definitely recommended.

I would leave zero stars if it was an option. This place discriminates towards those with special needs. Happened to me with my son (Autsim, they wanted him to leave over a paper wrist band) and multiple others. Be warned. They are NOT inclusive. They WILL make you leave or cancel parties if they find out too many special needs adults/children will be there.

Regarding the owners reply. Your rules are wack lol I tried to add on decorations not knowing that you guys don’t allow decorations because you’re money hungry. You said sorry no balloons for you because or lady is leaving for the week. Nothing was last minute.

Yes I did cuss because you guys tried to make my son leave lol I refused to speak to you directly because I’ve heard such horrible things and yes I did demand a refund over your blatant DISCRIMINATION of my child.

I would never come back on my own accord so please don’t flatter yourself by “blocking” me. I WILL NEVER BE BACK OR RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE.

Bouncyland is so fun, I had my daughter’s 3rd birthday party here and it was our first time even going to this place. All of my guests that arrived had a fantastic time. The kids and even myself loved bouncing and running around!! Great prizes for the arcades, great prices, great facility period, we will definitely be returning!

The food was expensive and it took forever, but it was pretty good. It's not no 5 star dining, but the food was good. It was fairly clean and the staff. We're very helpful

My son loves this place. We arrive when it opens and usually don't leave until a little before closing. He frequently asks to go to Bouncyland and has even got his little friends in Indy asking to go. The staff is friendly, helpful, and do a great job keeping the place clean. Bouncyland is also more affordable than most indoor playgrounds in Indy especially for toddlers and young children.

Discriminates against kids with disabilities. The owner is extremely rude and will respond to complaints on here saying you’re lying. If you don’t believe it make a Facebook post and ask for feed back or just search bouncy land on there and you’ll see previous posts with numerous people saying they will never be back to this place. The own staff that work there will even say it’s getting bad.

This is a great place for kids. They have multiple bounce houses, arcade area, and food. We just had a birthday party here and my daughter had a blast. They provide a host for the party, pizza, drinks, games and more. I definitely recommend.
