I came here on a very non-busy day and the customer service was absolutely horrible. They said they were a full capacity when there may be about five people in the store and they had about 22 people standing in line in the hot 92° weather outside and it’s just little teenage girls running the entire store and they act like they’re better than you because they work there and they are rude.

The store carries well priced clothing and you will see new stock every week! A great shop for basics, however everything is one size, making it challenging for some to find pieces. I also recommend trying to go during the weeks or in the mornings. It can get very crowded with teenage girls.

Out of all the stores in Greenwich Ave, this one is the most unwelcoming. I did not get greeted or asked if I needed help. The workers know you’re there but won’t really acknowledge your presence. There’s a lot of workers but they all seem to be miserable white girls who hate their lives. Store was good overall.

I have never received poorer service in my life and I’m not exaggerating. It was a Thursday afternoon, my daughters birthday, and we planned a shopping trip to Greenwich, specifically Brandy Melville. There were 8 young women working in the store and not one of them Asked if we needed help. It would t have bothered me so much but the store is so small that you couldn’t walk around them. They were setting up the tables for display at an incredibly slow pace and we kept have to squeeze around them to get different sizes to try on. We did spend nearly $500 there but it had nothing to do with the customer service. I ended up being the personal shopper that day. To the manager of this store, please rethink who you hire and how your train your employees to at least be kind and not roll their eyes at paying customers.

This is such a great Brandy Melville. Eva who works there is the absolute best. She’s always super helpful and friendly. She has the best style ever and is always willing to help me with new outfits. Make sure to get some free stickers!
