I paid for a “Gold Full Detail,” which was supposed to include “wash, wax, wheels and tires, wheel wells, barrels of the wheels, windows, vacuum, shampoo carpets and seats, wipe down interior vinyl/ trim/ plastics, clean doors and door jams, condition leather, and steam clean interior.”

While they cleaned and vacuumed my car, they also missed a lot of spots and were not thorough (see photos). There were grease spots on the window and something that had spattered on the dash was not wiped down. The seats looked like they had been vacuumed, but not washed or steam cleaned. Many spots on the exterior paint were missed. The console and the trunk were skipped entirely.

I complained and they politely offered to come touch it up the next week. They addressed some of the areas I had pointed out, but missed others.

You can get a car wash + vac from Anthony’s for $75. I think I got more than that, but not $175 more. They do come to you, so perhaps some people would pay extra for the convenience. I was disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and won’t be using them again.

I purchased the Black Friday package. I had to call them to set up the appointment for my father. They never asked about water and power, so I had assumed they would bring their own as the website said they offered. After the man arrived, he did not bring the work truck with him, so we had to find a power source. The man left without saying anything to me or my father. After looking at the truck, you can see smudges where he wiped the windows. The sides of the interior were still dirty and clearly untouched. The outside of the truck still had bugs on the front end. I cannot tell if they added the sealant as the description says, but if they did, they did it over dead bugs. I can see now why he left without speaking to anyone. I would not recommend them.

This is the second time that I have used Bright Car Detailing for ceramic coating. Both of my cars came out looking amazing, the staff is polite professional and are Craftsman in their trade. I highly recommend you use them.

Wonderful experience! Making the appointment online was easy. They came to my home and did a full detail on my car. It looks brand new!! I will be using them again!

Unfortunately I won’t be using them again.

1. I booked a gold full detail for a sedan which is listed as $250 on the website but my bank statement showed a charge of $309. I asked for a receipt, wasn’t provided with one, just was told I was charged a $51.50 tip, which I did not select on the card machine — all I was asked to do was tap my card. Owner refunded the tip, cool, but $250 + $51.50 is still only $301.50. Asked for a receipt again and it shows a base price of $257 for the detail. After asking again they told me it was a card fee, which isn’t reflected on the receipt.

2. The detail itself was pretty good, and of course I expect the seats to be wet after they cleaned them, but it’s as if they used dirty water to clean the seats because after I sat on them it stained my clothes brown. And despite leaving my windows cracked til they fully dried, they do not smell good.

I appreciate the convenience and their punctuality but the lack of transparency and the fact that my car smells worse $250 later is extremely disappointing.
