Last year I visited Mt Brook store to test my luck if I can get a pink dial Rolex Op. Mr Swann Little was very nice to write down my contact info and watch preference. He ensured me that my name is in the waiting list. I know how difficult to get one. You need to be very very lucky to get one. After 14 months, Mr Little contacted me that my Rolex is in the store and waiting for me to pick up. My happiness and joyful is not describe. Thank for Mr Little and thank you Bromberg Mt Brook store. Every person is very nice and kind. Thanks

Purchased our wedding bands from Leslie at the Mountain Brook location of Bromberg. She was amazing to work with - patient, knowledgeable, and great conversation. We worked through the options without feeling rushed or pressured, even as we ticked past closing time on a weekend. I'm sure she was ready to enjoy her Saturday night but she didn't give that impression in the slightest. The bands were sized within a couple of days and Leslie had them sent to us without hesitation. Great experience and will return for all future jewelry needs! Thank you, Leslie!

Great for hard to find jewelry items, Rolex and China. The Summit location is very friendly and has excellent customer service no matter what class of customer you fit in. The Mtn Brook location was very cold and lacked customer service for the ordinary customer. They were extremely accommodating for the upper class customers. Both locations have beautiful jewelry pieces and a wonderful selection. Clean, neat and safe to conduct business. I left the Mtn Brook location after feeling as if I was an inconvenience in their day and went to the Summit. Sales Associate by the name of Angela Jones was absolutely amazing. So friendly and helpful.

Called to inquire about a Tudor watch they sold new. I wanted to know the year and the lady said I would need to call Tudor. I educated the lady that Tudor is in Switzerland and I would not be calling there. All she had to do is search the serial number in her computer under sold inventory, unfortunately she did not know how to perform this simple task. She was extremely rude especially when she uncovered I would not be making an in-store purchase on a luxury item from her. She reiterated to call Switzerland. Not sure why the janitor was answering the phone. She had to google where Tudors are made.

My wife and I recently visited Bromberg’s, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Over the years we have bought several pieces from Bromberg's, but this experience was much better than we experienced before. I want to highlight the outstanding customer service by Paige, who truly went above and beyond to ensure my visit was memorable.

She greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. Usually we feel out of place in jewelry stores, but Paige immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable. What struck me most was her genuine interest in helping us find the perfect piece of jewelry rather than simply making a sale. She took the time to understand what we were considering and our preferences, offering insights and recommendations tailored to our taste. What I appreciated most was her willingness to listen and provide honest feedback without any pressure, and was very patient as my wife tried on what seemed to be half of the jewelry in the store. It was evident that her priority was making a good impression.

In today's day in age, true customer service seems like a rarity. However, Paige exemplified my definition of exceptional customer service.

I was beyond impressed with Brombergs. My now fiance and I walked in one Saturday afternoon. She had no idea what she would want in an engagement ring. Angela was the one who helped us (But with every interaction I had with anyone from Brombergs I was deeply impressed) and she helped guide us even though at the time I was not looking to buy. I had actually planned on going online and picking something out that way. Except Angela blew me away with her customer service.

I ordered a custom ring and everything was perfect. The team got exactly what I was picturing in my head into an actual ring. It was quick and communication was always there. I would not change anything.
