We have clients at Brookdale Bonita Springs Senior Living and have recommended others to take a tour with Kelli and Erica. First of all, the building is GORGEOUS, amenities galore, and the administrative team is phenomenal! The staff here is absolutely amazing and consistently go above and beyond for their residents. They host fun food truck events, health fairs, and truly care about the well-being of the residents. Patti, the Executive Director, is amazing. We love working with the whole team and highly recommend Brookdale Bonita Springs to anyone seeking a warm, supportive, and professional senior living community. It was very difficult to move my 99 year old mother to a new facility after 13 years at another. But, from day one, the staff at Brookdale made both her and I feel comfortable and were very welcoming. In fact, they were above and beyond what I would have expected. They were a great comfort to me during an otherwise highly stressful time. From the sales staff to the director to the nursing staff, business staff, food providers, care givers, maintenance, and anyone I've forgotten, including the happy, friendly residents, I am thankful I found Brookdale. Thanks also to A Place For Mom for the recommendation.

DON’T PUT YOURSELF OUR YOUR ELDERLY PARENTS into BROOKDALE BONITA SPRINGS. MY MOTHER AND I WERE BOTH DUPED SOLD A SENSE OF FALSE SECURITY! My mother is stuck there we invested over $10,000.00 giving her the best accommodations remodeled step in bathtub . 2 years after checking her in after hurricane Ian speaking to all management and staff members about the lack of staff support they just tell you lies don’t worry your mother will receive services just pay. They force them on you and you pay for nothing. You think your mom is being taken care of she’s better there than at her own home that’s not my experience. They pack the place with vulnerable people it’s all about profit. Stop admitting people if you don’t have the staff to care for them our pay qualified people more money that’s a solution! Now you have 1st too many people for too few staff, 1 person serving an entire floor. God forbid you have a medical emergency because they don’t respond for 45 minutes if they show up at all. They blame the elderly they don’t push the button right bullshit! Makes me furious! I push the button for help pull the bathroom alarm and no one came. It was not the help staff who were delinquent in their duties, it was the lack of adequate staff to care for so many people that was the problem. My Mother had fallen she’s minutes from the nursing station nobody came. They all want too but 1 person in charge of bathing, dressing and escorting people to the dining area can’t do it all. My Mother is also not a complainer like the other negative comments posted here by family members. I have 2 outside caregivers she’s paying $3800.00 per month for a spot to sleep in without care. I’m more stressed out and worried about her there than when she lived independently. Definitely changes my mind about ever checking into a retirement home observing the care she’s not getting and paying for. Be cautious with going here unless their staff to resident ratio dramatically changes. I feel compelled to warn others I’m praying they are not all like this. If you’re thriving and don’t need assistance it’s okay to live there otherwise find somewhere else for your loved ones …

We loved our time in Brookdale. Admin Patty was always helpful and accommodating. Our Virginia lived her best life while there until it was time to move. Kendal in the activities department is a hoot that was loved by all too! We will be forever grateful for Brookdale.

I went in for a tour a few days ago. They're redoing some apartments and they came out very nice. Prices are great. The girl who toured us texted us pictures of the smaller apartment that we liked so we can show our mom

We moved my Mom and Dad into Brookdale 6 months ago and it was the BEST decision we could of ever made. They are so well taken care of by Mandy’s team and all the staff. Their quality of life has improved 100x. I would highly recommend Brookdale Bonita Springs to anyone who is looking for a Senior Care Community.

After visiting the facility in June, I placed my father-in-law in the Respite Room for a couple of weeks before committing to a more permanent move. The entire place has gone through a renovation and I really liked all the decor that was chosen. It's clean and neat inside. I also like how the "game area" and "reading area" aren't in enclosed spaces. It's out in the hallway so it feels more open and seniors are more likely to be able to meet other residents if they wish. Margot in Sales is very nice and patient. We are waiting for his room to be renovated and look forward to moving him in.

The sales manager, Kelli, was very friendly and great. She was showing me around and explaining the community very well. i would love to have my parents live at this very clean and inviting community!
