My husband and I were displaced because of Hurricane Milton. We were in dire straits and spent the entire day before shopping for a travel trailer in our surrounding Tampa Bay Area. To our dismay, we didn’t feel any of the places we visited were invested in our realized needs, therefore we decided to make the almost 2 hour trip to Ocala and started at Campers Inn of Ocala. By God’s grace, we were able to work with Frank Medina and not only did he demonstrate true humanity in our situation, but he heard what we needed in the present. He showed us the Grand Design Imagine 2970RL explaining how we could benefit in the short term with the extra living space as well as having enough room to reunite us with our pets. He was extremely knowledgeable in the design and features as well as the warranty. We weren’t planning on buying this day, but after Frank walked us through the no pressure process, we decided to sign that day.
We are extremely grateful for Frank and we are appreciative of his knowledge and understanding of our needs. He walked us through the process and checked on us after the fact.
Campers Inn of Ocala was a pleasure to do business with, and Frank Medina is an exemplary asset to this company. He is experienced and knowledgeable and has the best customer service. He has a lot to offer and teach an up and coming young person in the sales business, just how valuable genuine customer service truly is.

My experience at Campers Inn RV of Ocala was phenomenal. Frank, my salesperson was friendly and beyond knowledgeable about my new fifth wheel toyhauler camper. The buying process was smooth and fast, and Scott’s taste in music is excellent. I was given a comprehensive walk-through of my new fifth wheel by one of the techs who answered all of my questions and explained how to use all of the equipment. Christian, the service manager went out of his way to help fix a fuse problem with my tow-vehicle by staying late and waiting for a part to arrive. My buying experience was awesome and I’m beyond happy that I chose Campers Inn RV.

We love our Jayco 210QB! This is our first camper and we are thrilled with this model. Frank did a wonderful job helping us. We never felt pressured. He answered all of our questions and always got back with us promptly. Scott was great as well. Again, no pressure to sell us additional things we didn’t want. Christian was great as was the young man who showed us how everything worked (sorry, I forgot his name!)

When you walk into the office everyone is low key (not super salesy) and jovial and helpful.

Bought a very nice unit from them about two weeks ago. And have been beyond pleased with the camper. Staff was phenomenal, frank was my salesman and helped all the way through the process with a smile on his face answering questions as well as giving some advice, and even our first tour walking around in the rain, but it didn’t stop there, we did our walk through with Tom and he was also top of the line and a Great employee! Campers Inn RV body shop did a great job of welding the cracks in and bracing our travel trailer frame. They were responsive when we had questions and kept us up to date on the repair. Tina Dodson was a pleasure to work with. Steve, one of their shop technicians, was knowledgeable and took the time with us to explain what was done to repair our RV. We felt confident that this very important repair was done correctly. We also bought an RV through Campers Inn and would highly recommend them for sales as well.

My wife and I have been dealing with Frank who is like a piece of the furniture there for over 10 years he is very knowledgeable and helpful in the RV world , thank you for having such great employees, Paul the sales manager was awesome very up front on pricing etc no back and forth games etc ! Scott in finance is still with you all a very good man to work with very professional! Service and parts were outstanding and have been we are so glad to see a lot of the same people still with the company , Matt , Mike in service , Chris in parts Dan in parts was a big help , Christian our service writer very professional and very mindful of the customer's being satisfied etc , the same as Matt and Mike have always been ! Ironic but I am in sales and I hate being sold to. Frank Medina, my salesman, didn't 'sell' anything to me, he only gave me information based on what I was looking for...or, thought I was looking for. He actually advised me to not buy a really large RV and felt that a smaller unit (30') would be more suitable for me. I appreciate when a salesman works in the best interest of the customer, not themselves. The service department was spectacular!!
