Lovely quiet Inn along the Rehoboth Lewes Canal. Boutique style( think South Beach). Extremely comfortable beds, bright cheerful room with good window cover. Very clean with soft towels and bath robe supplied. Keyless entry, morning coffee and front porch adjacent to room. Great location walk to food, drinks shopping. Innkeepers discretely attentive and responsive. Will certainly return.

This little gem is pet friendly and is located on a quiet street close to everything. The room is bigger than expected, and the guest lounge is huge! Checking in and out was a breeze. Just a 20 minute walk to the boardwalk and shops (and it's a 5 min. drive). Only a 5-10 minute drive to the outlets as well. We enjoyed our stay and will surely return!

Exterior was clean and charming. Room was comfortable, clean and well decorated. Our stay was only one night but the location was perfect, close to everything, and bed was comfortable. Access was seamless, price for room and pet fee was very reasonable(we brought a small dog). Communication was excellent throughout the process.

My wife and I decided on this little gem as it is pet friendly. The rooms were larger than expected, very clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood. It is a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk to the boardwalk and shops, as well as a 5-10 minute drive for outlet shopping. It's a great location. The guest lounge is a great place to relax!

Convenient location, quiet, easy check-in and check-out, two great breakfast/lunch cafes right around the corner. BUT

“Fit for a queen” room is very small. Bed is comfortable. Two chairs. No table or desk. Room and bathroom were clean except for the stinky, moldy slice of pizza in the microwave.

Rooms will only be cleaned if requested.

“Bathrooms have complimentary toiletries and hair dryers.” Yes, shampoo, conditioner, soap in dispenser. No hairdryer.

“…enjoy recreation amenities such as a seasonal outdoor pool.“ A very small pool is on the back porch. Just big enough for a soak.

“Grab a bite from the snack bar/deli serving guests of Canalside Inn.” No snacks, not even coffee in the morning.

“Pet Friendly Amenities: Dog treats, bowl for food and water, leashes, waste bags, dog towel to wipe paws and fur, dark sheet duvet cover to avoid stains.” None of these were provided.

No attendant on side both days I stayed there. Garbage cans in front of hotel were smelly and overflowing.

We needed a place that was dog friendly. I was concerned that the room would not be clean or smell “doggy”.|The room was very clean and really well decorated. It was great that the room had both a microwave and mini refrigerator .|The bathroom was bright and clean. The shower was large and they supplied plenty of towels.

We booked this cozy little hidden gem because we saw they were pet friendly, I was concerned a little about Odors and such but when we got there I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were so cozy and did not feel like hotel rooms, the whole place really felt like a home. The lady there was so sweet she greeted our dog and brought her a blanket, a towel for the beach, and a sheet. It's in a great quiet neighborhood and a 8 minute walk to the boardwalk. You can get beach chairs, umbrellas and a bicycle there for free to use. They were so accommodating and so easy to deal with. We absolutely loved it and we will definitely be back. I highly recommend this little cozy spot.

Excellent Dog Friendly Place, clean, nicely decorated, ample fluffy towels; soap, shampoo,
conditioner dispensers in shower. White Linen Robes in Bathroom, mini fridge, comfy bed.
Located in quiet neighborhood across the street from quaint Park that overlooks canal.
Bikes and Beach Chairs available for free, smaller 13 Room Inn where owner and cleaning
staff would check to make sure everything was O.K. Close to everything, place is well
maintained, Chek In-Check Out effortless. If you come to the beach when dogs are permitted
you will not find a better place with a Servive Oriented Attitude-love the place you will too.
