250202 Update: Had more time to investigate this today. Does appear that Cargill replaced the drain plug. They also severely overfilled. I drained 7qts!!!! Oil change only requires 3.7qts with filter. The oil looked relatively clean so maybe they just double added? I'm sure the damage has already been done. Really a no win situation for me. It has been such a reliable daily driver, but has a lot of miles and I wouldn't get much from them destroying it. Part of the reason I didn't bring it back to them is I didn't want them to cover their incompetence. I would recommend avoiding this dealership.

250201: It makes me sad to write this review as I have been happy with the service at Cargill until today. Brought my 2014 Volt in for an oil change. 8:15AM appointment. Vehicle was not finished until 10:00AM. Said they had an issue with the drain plug and didn't charge me. Thought this was very kind until I got on the highway and the car started billowing smoke (never had this issue before). Luckily I am close to the service center. Went to check the oil and found spilled oil all near the cap and the oil way over filled. The long wait didn't bother me but the incompetence of the service technician does. Will post an update as I dig into this more.
