Before I leave the parking lot, I need to make others aware. This is the very worst Ace Hawrdware you’ll ever go to. The folks who work there are less helpful than even Lowe’s or Home Depot. We moved here in the last month and this is the closest Ace to our house. We drive by Lowe’s and Home Depot to come to Ace.. but not this one any more. I came in 4 times, no one could help any of the times. If you’re used to Ace being a place where you leave with exactly what you need and the knowledge to do it.. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE.

Edit: Go to the Ace Hardware of Hunt Club. It is so much better. Randy knows his stuff and is Helpful!!! Stephanie at the cashier knows where everything is.

It’s great that they have almost anything you will need…but be always ready to over pay for it.

Also the employees one day can be the most amazing and helpful, and some other day…well, totally the opposite.

I still love to have this store near and I’m thankful for it.

Do not take your lawn equipment to this store.
I dropped off my Ego mower at this location on September 11 with an estimated 10 day repair date, today is October 31 and it is still there. They have not called me one time to update me on the status of my mower. They told me they had to bring in an Ego expert to determine that the pc board was bad(pretty sure that was not true based on the asst manager's comments). No updates about the alleged meeting with Ego. When I called today I was treated as if I was the problem and told if I didn't want to wait for the parts I could come get my mower and take it somewhere else. No ETA on the parts or the return of my mower. Good luck if you use them!

***What a ridiculous response. Once again, no phone call, no update and no resolution. I hope all of you readers appreciate the automated response from this company in regards to mine and your future experiences. This is the worst Ace hardware I’ve ever done business with….

They do not inform buyers that certain items can’t be returned when purchased. Paperwork states their 30 day return policy with everything in original condition and with receipt. You buy and item, don’t even use it, don’t take it out of the box and then denied a return. Not to mention it’s the same day, few hours in between.They lack proper customer service. We’ve been two families who’s been shopping there forever. Since it’s been our neighborhood store. We will make sure to pass it up and go to Home Depot or Lowe’s. Spend less and have better experiences with proper information given with returns. Lost a good 20+ people from our families due to lack of proper information.
