I attempted to contact on them multiple platforms regarding a newly listed rental, I even called and spoke with someone, they took down my name and number and no one returned my call. Two weeks later, no response. If your an owner, do not use this company. If they can't respond to someone wanting to apply, then how can they be trusted todo anything else.

We are the owners of a condo in downtown Celebration. These folks have managed it for 11 years. We appreciate Dane very much and everything he has done to make the process go smoothly. After many years, we finally decided to remodel. He helped us complete the process and the place looks beautiful. Basically a brand new condo. We can now rent it out for even more than ever, or sell it, as the value has surely increased! Thank you Dane!

I would not recommend renting from this company. We had many issues when moving in including a roach infestation, the apartment not being professionally cleaned, the air conditioner not working, damage to the walls and carpet...just to name a few. It took a lot of emails and conversations to get them to do anything at all.

Their response when we asked for a rent reduction for not having A/C for the entire month of JULY was "[a]ctually the law says the only necessity is Heat not A/C". Diane, the property manager was horrible to deal with and very unprofessional.

When we left, Diane decided to tack on $425 worth of nonsense damage charges for items that were there when we moved in. $300 for nail holes in the wall! She basically threatened that we could pay that amount or she would send it to arbitration and add MORE items (kind of blackmail?). My advice is to take many, many pictures as these people are not upstanding in their business dealings.

I could go on, but their reputation speaks for itself. Do a simple Google search and you will see the many negative online reviews. Whatever you do, do not sign a lease with this company.

This realty group is highly unprofessional. After trying to obtain a rental property we made countless efforts to speak to an agent to determine the status of our application. Once we were approved, we made several phone calls to their office to secure form of payment. We never received a return phone call. Once our agent got back to us we were under the impression that our deal was secure. This group mislead the entire process. Upon our own investigation we found the home for lease was actually owned by Celebration Rental Group and not a private owner. Countless attempts were made to set up a time and date to drop off our security deposit. After we thought the time and date had been finalized we received a message stating that Celebration Rental Group had leased the property to another party. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had in dealing with an agent or realtor. I would not recommend this group to anyone. Ever!

Called and sent email of interest to look at two places. Never got any response. What a surprise to see the places are still available. If I were an owner trying to rent here I would not use because effort to rent your place quickly does not seem evident. I live in Celebration and was looking for a place for our mother-in-law who is moving here but when we moved here I heard enough negative things about this company that I tried to stay clear of them. This time, while hesitant to use, my mother-in-law liked some of the places they had listed so figured I would give them a try. Them not getting back to us was enough for me to move on to another company. I have had experiences with Blue Sky and Lori Comer Management and both have been pleasant and GREAT follow through. Side note our landlord used to use Celebration Rental Group but switched to Blue Sky - just saying.

I used Celebration Rental Group when I moved down to Florida. I wanted to rent a property before buying a home to check around the different areas. Pay no attention to the negative reviews that are listed on the site. This was a great rental company to do business with. Everything from getting the lease setup to getting my security deposit back, it was straightforward and simple. Debi Meyer was great to work with, she was helpful answering any questions that I had and immediately did a walk-thru of the property once I returned the keys. Definitely work with CRG for finding your next place to live!

Best Rental Company in Celebration!! I rented a Villa from them.The unit was super clean! The rental process was easy and the people who work there were nice and reliable. Any time I have an issue I can just call the main number and get someone to help me right away! USE CELEBRATION RENTAL GROUP!! They are outstanding!
