Absolutely horrible!!!! I was scheduled to have their new high speed fiber otic internet put in today. They rescheduled 2x times already and I've taken off work, canceled an appointment to be here. The workers said no one was here even though I spoke to them outside!!!!! They had told their scheduler no one was here even though I literally spoke them in person!! I'm 30 weeks pregnant and walked my butt up my long driveway to move my truck for them and they lied!

CFE likes to jack rates and rob people. My bill for the past couple months has been around $120 well this month my bill is $430 and some change. I was expecting the bill to be less considering I’m not home as much as I was the past couple months. Nor has my ac changed its always set at 73 degrees. I’m just sick of feeling like I’m being rob. You call them and they will blame it on the weather. I get it temps fluctuate but is it really a $310 fluctuation?

I haven't really had anything to complain about, our house connection went fine. But hurricane Debby was mild and not that close. We still don't have power. Four houses away Duke has never lost power. Find what you are missing and fill that void. We expected better.
Still no power.
Update, Helene we lost power for several days but it did not seem an excessive wait as so many people had no power. Much better response performance I think.

Thank goodness for our whole house generator because we still have no idea when we'll get our power back on. I have literally heard nothing from CFEC. All of our neighbors are on DUKE and most never even lost power, but those that did have had it restored. I'm sure you have a lot of lines to fix but some communication would be nice. DAY 5 AND COUNTING

liars and thieves who dont do any line maintenance. transformers arching that cause brown outs ignored. everything is outsourced even the call center 0 customer service. be prepared to replace appliances and capacitors often and get taxed for storms that happened years ago.

When the current storm Deby came through we lost power at 5am and I am currently sitting here the next day at 9:30 am at I'll work no power I have lived in Florida for over 40 years and been through many storms and this is the worst I have ever seen w whoever runs CFEC needs to be fired all of the food in my deepfreezer is starting to thaw off I could give them less stars I would! I have worked in customer service for 20 years and theirs is the worst I have ever seen!
