Their Ube Latte was absolutely incredible. It had a very strong ube flavor and thick ube foam. It was very creamy but also not too sweet which I really liked.

I like mochi donuts and their texture but often feel they are expensive for what you get. However, these were some of the better ones I’ve had so if you like mochi donuts I would definitely try them here. They are always making new flavors. I tried the seasonal pumpkin mochi donut and enjoyed it.

This was my first time back in this plaza after a long time, and this shop is a pleasant surprise.

The donuts are a must try and very flavorful. Soft on the inside with a glaze and crunch of blueberry on top.
The ube latte was also very good. Definitely stop by if you have time.

Delicious, creative and beautiful donuts that change flavors every week! These are exciting to get and try every time and come in a pretty box. I haven't tried anything other than the donuts on the menu and haven't stayed to hang out in the space, but it looks quite spacious. Hopefully will try some of the drinks soon!

Can't stop raving about Cha Papi, as it’s my favorite and go-to donut shop, in fact this is a very long-overdue Google Review. The shop has a cozy atmosphere with colorful, seasonal decor that makes it a perfect spot to enjoy a sweet treat.

Mochi donut flavors change weekly and offer a delightful range of flavors. The creativity of their donut flavors is unmatched and is what makes them stand out. Each donut is beautifully crafted, with a chewy texture that’s unlike any traditional donut. Not only do they have mochi donuts, but soft serve ice cream, taiyaki cones and not to mention the best hot and cold tea/coffee beverages. My favorite is the ube latte!

The staff is always super friendly and the shop’s environment is very inviting. Owners are very sweet and welcoming, and always finding a way to connect with the community through delightful events! Although I already have a regular order, whenever my friends and I are down to try something different, the staff is incredibly helpful, offering recommendations. Their passion for what they do really shines through in the quality of their products.

Cha Papi is a must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth- you won't be disappointed.

Mochi donuts and Taiyaki cones!! Right off the jump this is a yuuuge win for CT. I have been wanting to try both as something about fried mochi is just bonkrz and those epic fish (sea bream) shaped "cake" cones are a viral sensation!

Its run by this super friendly couple who's focus is to bring authentic drinks and desserts representing their culture using only natural high quality ingredients which shine in every cup you sip.

Seasonal and weekly rotating menu of unique drink combos are mind blowin! Thats crazy work n i mean look at the piccccs, n absolute slapr for the gramtoks 🤯

Will be back for a red bean paste taiyaki but I gotta get there before the flavors change again! 😋 😅

This place is the real deal! The texture and flavors of the mochi donuts are perfect. The teas are fresh brewed not powders, everything is perfectly sweet but not too sweet. The quality of everything I've had so far is exceptional. Just met one of the owners last night, very nice guy, him and his wife are doing it right! So happy this place is on my way to work.

VERY COOL twist on a donut shop and unlike anything CT has to offer. The place is very simple and well decorated. Perfect spot to reconnect with a friend or work from your laptop. Plus it’s next to my favorite Asian supermarket in the state. The donuts were cute and yummy, the drinks unique and flavorful and the owner sweet and charming.

‼️This Place is the Must stop by if your in West Hartford CT.‼️ I’ve been to 45 states and no one has made anything close to what this guys do . I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to try something new . I asked to make me surprise drink and it was amazing , take it from a google expert I know what I’m talking about . The owner is an awesome family man that loves his business as much as his kids. Good luck to you Brian and hope to see you guys soon.
