Amanda exceeded every expectation. She was diligent, patient, and thorough. The big ticket items for me are: responsiveness and being a TRUE fiduciary; she fulfilled and honored both.

Having an agent not in the “local club” and being willing to make offers that some agents, still living in 2021 find offensive, is what I wanted, and she did not hesitate to present the offer, or attempt to influence my decisions to increase. In essence she did her job, and represented my best interest, not her commission’s interest.
