I recently had the pleasure of staying at Chateau by the Sea in Cocoa Beach from October 29 to November 5 during my deployment, and it was nothing short of amazing! This beachfront condo exceeded every expectation I had and was the perfect retreat after long, grueling 12-hour workdays.

The location is unbeatable—situated directly on the oceanfront and just steps away from the iconic Cocoa Beach Pier. Whether you’re a nature lover, a space enthusiast, or simply someone who appreciates convenience, this property delivers. Kennedy Space Center is just a short drive away, and having Publix practically a sidewalk away was a game-changer for quick groceries or essentials.

The condo itself was beautifully decorated and exuded a calming, beachy charm. Every detail was thoughtfully considered—from the impeccably clean rooms to the fully stocked kitchen and living area, complete with flat-screen TVs, cable, and a DVD player. The balcony offered stunning sea views, and the rooftop pool was a delightful oasis for unwinding after work. I particularly loved how they stocked beach gear and toys, which made it easy to enjoy the sand and surf without needing to pack my own.

The amenities were impressive: free WiFi, a year-round heated outdoor pool, BBQ facilities, and even pet-friendly accommodations. I was delighted by how professional and attentive the staff were—they truly went above and beyond to ensure a top-notch guest experience. It’s rare to find hosts who care so much about making you feel welcome and comfortable, and this team nailed it.

Additionally, the friendly neighbors and plethora of nightlife options nearby added a touch of vibrancy to my stay. Even with a demanding work schedule of 7 days a week and no days off, this condo provided a sanctuary that refreshed my senses and helped me recharge.

To anyone considering a stay in Cocoa Beach, Chateau by the Sea is a must. It combines comfort, convenience, and thoughtful hospitality in one perfect package. I only wish more hosts were as professional and caring as the team here. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I stayed here with my family and we had an amazing time. The condo is right on the beach and the pool area was great. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit and it was spotless clean. We had a full kitchen with a dining area and a washer dryer. They provided 4 beach chairs, a cooler, umbrella and 2 body boards which was great as it saved us from renting beach chairs etc. I contacted the property manager via email and he was really quick to reply. There was plenty of parking some of which is covered. There are BBQ facilities and some outdoor games onsite. This place is perfect for families.

First time in cocoa beach. We randomly agreed on it with my parents for a place to split with me and my husband. We were able to bring the chihuahuas (we were dog sitting for my parents while they were in Daytona and came up with this idea lol.) super excited to leave Michigan and head to a beautiful place on the water at a cheap price that ALSO accepts pups. Such a good experience there. I recommend going to Grahams bar! Open til 4am, half a mile walk. we loved having a late night burger while out walking around enjoying the night air. I’m talking like $8 fills you up at grahams. Anyway- best condo. Some how we were able to book for $112 in sept 2023. Hopefully we can find a deal like that again with them. (We pushed the two beds together in the pic in my review lol, it was perfect. Super comfy!)

Everything was exceptional! Room was clean, people/staff friendly, grounds were very well kept. Would definitely stay here again! Location is excellent too.

I have been a repeat customer for almost a decade. I always rent a direct ocean unit, on either the north or south corner units of the building several weeks during the year. The facility is clean, well maintained, excellent location, nice pool and a dedicated grass area next to the pool with Weber Gas Grills, a Green Egg, picnic tables and lawn chairs and a area protected by a "Sun Sail". Secure gate leads right out front to the beach. Floors 2-5 give you more privacy. The staff is always there to address any needs or concerns and also available on their cell phones if not on site. And it is right next to THE PIER restaurants, bars and Tikki Bar out over the Atlantic.

Na 7 dagen verblijf in CBTS hebben we een goed beeld gekregen over deze accommodatie, het is een gebruiksvriendelijk en rustig complex met voornamelijk gezinnen als “bewoners”
Appartement; schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken , de keuken is voorzien van apparatuur, er zijn strandbedjes, wasmachine/droger, elektronisch slot voordeur etc.
Om toch 2 punten ter verbetering te noemen; 1)er staan metalen stoelen op een tegelvloer, het schuiven van deze stoelen veroorzaakt een erg storend geluid. Buren die hier geen rekening mee houden in de “quiet hours” kunnen overlast veroorzaken. Tip; gebruik andere stoelen of plaats rubbers onder de poten.
2) Lichtinval, voor appartement met de slaapkamers grenzend aan de parkeerplaats; zorg voor andere blindering dan gordijnen, ze laten erg veel licht door en je kunt ze niet openen ivm de privacy.
Personeel; er was goed contact met de guest service manager en indien nodig werd er meteen actie ondernomen. 100 punten.
Onderhoudspersoneel was elke dag aanwezig en waren altijd bereid om je te helpen.
Locatie; gelegen aan zee midden tussen andere appartement complexen, lekker rustig.
concluderend; de prijskwaliteit verhouding is in balans en we hebben er een erg prettig verblijf gehad.
