First time purchasing a vehicle at Volvo and it certainly won’t be our last. I can’t say enough about the great service we had at the Cherry Hill location. My husband & I originally went in to look at a specific car listed on their website; however, we arrived a little too late as another couple was purchasing it. Mitchell made it his priority to find us the perfect vehicle that met our requirements. He assured us that other used, certified vehicles would be in relatively soon, in fact he called the very next day with one. We were visiting family in the Cherry Hill area for Christmas for the weekend when the check engine light came on and the car started to sputter. We had to stay an extra night in NJ in order to get to the dealership first thing Monday morning and we were lucky enough to meet Jean in the Service Department. She understood the situation we were in and helped get our car looked at immediately. Jean and the great Technicians had us back on the road and on our way to Maryland by 10:00. Can’t speak highly enough about my buying experience. I spoke with Alex late on a Saturday about a car I was interested in. We scheduled an appointment Monday morning for me to see the car. XC90 was serviced as expected, w some minor work performed. Recommendations were timely according to manual, however not yet needed. Very friendly and courteous manners. Loved the drive of the Loaner sedan and finally, Jeanne made service a non-hassle. Overall - great customer service.
