Food was kinda cold I ordered a fruit cup only oranges just to be given 5 oranges in a cup and they were still old and sour and I was charged full price for it ,I’m allergic to the other fruit by the way. I called and was placed on hold for forever after I explained my issues just to be given an excuse and also told “this Chick-fil-a isn’t the same as others”.Any other chick-fil-a I go to the food is always fresh and when I ask for a fruit cup only oranges I’m given a full fruit cup of oranges this was a terrible first experience and I will think twice before coming back

We really did like this place but now they are going down hill. I spend $400+ a month and I don't mind spending money when you get quality but they are far from it,I use to never check the bag cause they were on point but not anymore. They need to change management or something cause I will definitely be going some where else from here on out!

Food is always good, our granddaughters favorite place to eat. Chicken nuggets with waffle fries and sprite. My wife enjoyed the Cobb salad with the spicy apple cider vinagrette dressing.

You can never go wrong w/ a #1 breakfast meal from CFA. Their efficient style of service is amazing. 1st time visiting the Jacksonville, Alabama store (inside - drive-thru numerous times).
The restaurant is emaculate. A+

chick fil a is always very good. Chicken sandwich is probably the best that there is. Waffe fries are also good with the chick fil a sauce. Had the mac and cheese too it was the best i have had in a while

I went through the drive thru and as always they were quick, efficient and great customer service! I got the reg chicken sandwich combo with a large lemonade. They have the best lemonade.

After a long day of sporting at JSU we stopped at this location as we normally get great service and quality food. The girls went in and when I prepared my food with condiments and started eating and driving my sandwich was cold. I turned around and requested a hot sandwich. The manager Bryan said NO I had had the sandwich for 10 minutes. He was RUDE, degrading and most of all did not show the core Chick-fil-A values to me as a customer. I asked for my money back, he refused. Having to drive three and a half hours home I decided to leave the sandwich and fries with him. I am a Silver member, my husband a Gold and my three also have accounts. Even after sleeping on this experience I feel as though Bryan has changed my experience! He needs sensitivity training and go back and look at the mission and values of the company. As a business educator I normally highlight Chick-fil-A as a business model and was planning field trips for my students this year…. no sure sure as Bryan has shattered my view with his approach.

I was very impressed with the employees and their manager. Additionally, my grandson greatly enjoyed the indoor play area, which was especially appreciated given the recent hot and humid weather.
