AVOID ANY DEALERSHIP THAT IS OWNED BY SULLIVAN AUTO GROUP this includes Gainesville dodge and surrounding areas.
Sold a vehicle that I traded in with existing loan, did not pay off loan and refused to get vehicle back. I had to drive over an hour to get any communication due to ignoring calls, only to arrive to have Management literally laugh in my face and tell me to get out of his office. So disrespectful and demeaning not only to myself (customer) but to colleagues as well. Let’s not to forget the additional $6600 they tried to tack onto the loan amount in “reconditioning fees”. When I stated that this should’ve been included in the price of the vehicle or at least disclosed on the website, nothing was said. I will urge everyone I come in contact with to avoid these dealerships at all costs, save yourself the trauma that comes with shopping at a Sullivan Auto Group dealership.

Helena in service was extremely polite!!
The other woman in service was EXTREMELY RUDE! She talked over me as I was trying to explain the symptoms my truck was presenting for a Throttle position switch code! Then she told me my truck needed an EGR cleaning which was over $1500. After speaking with another dealer their price is $800 and my 22 is self cleaning so therefore Chiefland Ram was trying to steal my money! Also they never fixed the original issue the truck went in for. Do NOT use this dealership for service!

My husband & I recently purchased a Dodge Ram from Chiefland Dodge dealership!! We were very pleased with our service! From the time we pulled in and was greeted by our sales guy John McDaris, we knew that we were in good hands! The process went smooth and they were very friendly along the way! We absolutely loved our finance man Dewayne! He made us feel like family and very personable! Which makes for a pleasant experience when making a major purchase! Happy doing business with them and will definitely be going back for all of our future needs!

My two experiences with the service department have both been terrible. They are dishonest and do not work professionally… Below is an example of the work ethic at chiefland Jeep and Dodge. This is their attempt at a cabin A/C filter installation. This will be my last business made at this location. Not to mention an interior scratch that was left by the so called technician. Take your vehicle somewhere else for service. Heads up!

Best dealership in Chiefland (so far only because I drive a Dodge) i
jumped in my car and the whole gear shift column broke right off on my 2014 Dosgr Ram 1500 pickup
I was so stressed I thought they would keep the vehicle for a week and it would cost thousands lo and behold I got a phone call two hours later
the vehicle was ready and it was no big deal.
I was so happy thank you. I will be back and I will be using you from now on. ❤️ you guys!! Big thank you to the mechanic who fixed it. 😘 🫂

Very professional and straight up front dealership! Being in the dealership industry they made my buying experience as easy as possible! Lou Moll was an absolutely outstanding sales man! Kept up with me, as well as my husband, and made the buying experience personal and not just another sale!
