We could have put our own lights up, but we got too busy in the Christmas season. We had Christmas Light Pros do all the install of lights they provided. We are more than happy from start to finish. I don’t usually take time to write reviews, however, this experience exceeded my expectations.

This is our second year using Christmas Light Pros, and we could not be happier. We are enjoying our beautiful lights so much!. It's wonderful having them bring and hang the lights, and then take them down after Christmas. No hassle. It's the best experience working with the Pros

Last year was a tough one for our family. With all the stress out there, and with all of life’s challenges, deciding to have Christmas lights installed was the best decision. We were able to spread holiday cheer, and boost our spirits as well. Out of all the light companies out there, Christmas Light Pros shined through!

12/7 (Update) - We received a message from the company apologizing for our bad experience. They offered a sizable service concession to make it right. Some of our neighbors, however, have already moved on to different installers, and we have opted to forego lights on the house this year since we are approaching mid-December. I have increased my rating by one star since their offer was sincere.

12/6 - I spent several hours working with Anthony to secure quotes for holiday lights for my home and four others on our street. It would have been over $1000 revenue for Christmas Light Pros AZ. Unfortunately, the communication was only one directional. I would call and provide information. They would go silent. I would follow up, and they would ask for an email to provide additional information. Again, no response to the information I provided. I called again, and they confirmed receipt of my email. They asked for a phone number for the other neighbors to finalize their details. Again… nothing. I asked each neighbor if they ever heard from the company. Nope. We were promised an install the week after Thanksgiving. Zip.
I would have preferred they tell me they did not have the time, did not have the staffing, etc. Now we are left with no lights, and no other options for this year.
They may provide a nice product. I have no means to verify due to the no show. My experience was terrible.
