So I never had to hire someone for lighting before and I was a little nervous about it. The customer service was great. They returned my phone call immediately and scheduled a free estimate. They were friendly and efficient. The prices are great to. I will be calling them again next year for my lighting and every year after. I had a great experience and they definitely help bring in the holiday spirit. I recommend them and hope everyone has a wonderful holiday. I will sure enjoy mine with all these beautiful lights.

I spoke with a very nice lady on the phone two weeks ago about scheduling a consultation and having Christmas Lighting Colorado hang our lights. At the conclusion of the call we made an appointment; however, I never received a conformation email, as promised. Therefore, I called a day before and confirmed we were still on. Making adjustments in my work schedule I was available for the appointment. The technician never called and 30 minutes after the scheduled time had pasted I call the office and they said they would call me back right away to figure out what was going on. I never received a call and ended up heading into work an hour and thirty minutes past the scheduled appointment.

A truly disappointing experience.

DON’T HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! I don’t even know where to begin with this review, as I have never experienced such terrible service or dealt with such a shady company.
I started my holiday planning early and called them in early October to get a bid on putting lights on my house and a large tree. The guy who came, Dominic, said he could make the tree look spectacular. He told me to buy 4,000 ft of lights and said I’d also be charged for a boom lift to reach the tree. I agreed and was excited.
I ordered over $2,000 in lights, paid $100 an hour for labor and paid $250 for the boom lift. They ended up using only ONE box of lights out of the SEVEN I had. When I saw the tree, I could not believe I️t. I️t looks like a joke.
I called Dominic expressing my disappointment. He said he’d talk to his boss and get back to me. He never did. I️ talked to the office, sent them pics of this ridiculous tree, and they promised they’d send a crew out at the end of the week to make things right and do the tree how they had initially promised. I️ decided to give them a chance to redeem themselves, so I️ waited. Needless to say, they didn’t fix I️t. The installer called right before my appointment time and said they didn’t have a boom lift, but would try to get the lights as high as possible BY STANDING ON A TRUCK, but most of the lights would be on the bottom of the tree.
So now I am left with thousands of dollars in lights, I’m too late to get on anyone else’s schedule, and my tree looks ridiculous. I’m also out hundreds of dollars I spent on the boom lift that didn’t get used and several hours in labor they charged me to throw up a few strands of lights.
This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with any company I’ve ever hired for anything.

Christmas is nearing and we had a lighting designer from this company to decorate our home. The person they sent was prompt and nice. Showed us a draft of how the arrangement of light would look and after confirming our preferences, he immediately get on with work. The result was far better than we had thought and we really love it! Lots of thanks to this company and to their staff!

I have previously hired them before and I was satisfied with what they did. And now I am hiring them again due to my past experience with their service. Again, they have shown an impressive result in installing the lights. The style and design is different from before but it was great and gives off a fresh feeling. Kudos to their people and to this company!

I like the design they did. It was really nice and amazing! At first we were kinda hesitant to hire a professional service but now that we saw the final result, we were so glad that it was done right! Clearly the best lighting service here in Denver. Would recommend.
