I had a few months ago cracked the back glass on my iPhone 12 for the third time in 3 years. I brought it to this place and the gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Looked at it, gave me a fair and reasonable price. Had him do the work and came back in an hour and he pointed out a couple things that the previous company had done wrong, fixed the issues and since then I have added a back glass protector to go with the front.
Fast forward to last week, my iPhone 12 battery was dying unexpectedly fast, brought it in, he looked at it, gave me a great price and it works flawlessly! Upon return to pick it up, he even showed me how bad the old battery was!
With phones being so expensive nowadays, this was the most logical and cost effective option. They did great work and I will recommend them to all of my friends for the knowledge and fair pricing! Thank you!

I went in to do some repairs on my 6S iPhone and left with a 2022 SE iPhone. The repairs on my 6S were almost half the price of the SE, so the owner recommended a newer phone. The owner is extremely knowledgeable regarding the technology of all Apple products, as I observed, as he assisted multiple customers with different Apple devices, when I was waiting for the transfer of data from my old phone to my new phone. I would highly recommend CitiFix for any repairs or updates to any Apple device!

I went to CiTiFiX with a complicated phone problem. I had lost my phone power button. The Attendant came up with a solution, and solved the problem. I was very impressed with his great idea. I highly recommend CiTiFiX for all your technical problems.

The best store. He is always helpful and patient with phone or computer issues that I have. Honest feeback and fair pricing, he is the only shop I would go to with my phone or computer. I have called and searched around for a computer repair shop and Citifix is one of the best.

So nice!I asked him to look at my ancient cd/cassette/radio and see if he could get it to work bc it was full of dust. Miracles of miracles, the good cleaning and gentle touch he applied now lets me play my Christmas cassettes (I know) and cds. Many thanks and blessings to this wonderful tech person. 10 stars in my book!

I had my charging port replaced. It works now but when disassembling my phone he bent the back cover of the phone so it no longer sits right. I went to try to open the case when I picked up my phone but he reassured me not to open it because he said the glue needed to dry. Turns out it is double sided tape. That and he bent it so badly it doesn't fully sit on my phone properly. I wish he was just up front and honest about the time he needed to fix the phone and about bending the back case.

My IPad was not taking a charge, just a black screen so I first brought it to a different place which I will not name and they took it into the back and “tested” it and said it’s the battery or the mother board and battery alone costs $250 so I declined then brought it to CitiFix and they asked me to have a seat while they tried his iPad cord on it and 20 minutes later it was reading battery % and 5 minutes later Home Screen popped up, I purchased a new iPad cord from them and now it’s 2 days later and my iPad is working great , they basically saved me $240 , I am very grateful so I decided to share this awesome place with everyone, Thank You CitiFix 👍
