The City of Deerfield Beach building department and city hall have always been great to me.

I HOPE SOMEONE FROM THE CITY SEES THIS

somerset academy students are constantly disposing of their trash om the sidewalks of the surrounding communities. Now, their janitor has decided to dispose of their cardboard boxes hidden in the bushes that run along the north side of sw 10th st. In the photos you can see their address. I implore you to FINE the school, or make them clean up their trash! It's a whole mile long block where their school starts, the football fields, and the sidewalk on the edge of sw 10th.

What a great city to live in. Been in DFB for nearly 5 years after living in several cities further South. The City itself is wonderful to work with regarding permits. Their turnaround time is a lot faster then most other cities I have resided in down in Southern and Western Broward. The people are great and there is a lot of growth and continued improvements in DFB, Lots of great dining options as well as many outdoor and indoor places to enjoy.

Cove parking is gonna hurt business!
Charging locals to eat is crazy!!!
All about the money!!
They were out today in full force cashing in on there new revenue!!
Now cost to park anywhere and everywhere near the beach,even west of the bridge...

City discriminating. I pulled a permit to install a drive way
When it was completed and I called for inspection. Engineering came up with a new set of requirements
Then when would not do them they call code enforcement. They are dishonest

Poor communication. Poor billing services. Multiple times have I been charged by not only the fire department, but the water department for bills that were paid already. It's crazy that I would have to provide PROOF that I paid the city directly. Their planning and zoning department is a joke. Their building department is also a joke, they bend the rules for some but not all. If you are thinking about opening a business in Deerfield Beach, Florida, STEER CLEAR OF THIS CITY. It's been 20 Months and still no sign on my store. Tens of thousands of dollars have been lost.

Safe beautiful City with big plans for a new project called Pioneer Grove. Great beach with International fishing pier open 24 hours. Not fishing? Walk the pier, its so long you can't hear any sounds from the street out at the end. Like being on a boat without getting seasick!

The lady that works at zone and planning has the worse possible attitude to exist. A very miserable individual. Deerfield Beach can do better than this.
