Lots of dresses to choose from, helpful and patient staff. I ordered my Mother of the Bride dress from Claires. Just like anywhere it is hard to envision what a dress will look like when you are ordering in a color/size other than what is available at the store but the staff was very accommodating and put me in multiple gowns by the same designer to try and get the idea of what I could expect. The sample was navy and I ordered the taupe hoping that it would compliment the pewter Bridesmaid dresses and it was perfect. The store has decent parking, large areas where you can walk and see how your dress will move and the staff is very helpful getting you in and out of the gowns. They have an interactive website where you can see what they have in stock and save if you want to try it on at your appointment and the staff reviews your account and pulls the gowns before you arrive which is very helpful. I never felt any pressure to buy anything and I visited multiple times before I made up my mind. I would recommend Claires to anyone looking for a special event gown, they have an older building but they make the best use of their space and have a huge selection of current styles. Their stock is well cared for and organized and the salon is clean.

I cannot express enough how great Clare’s Fashions customer experience is. The staff is very patient, friendly, and passionate in finding your dream dress, whether it be, bridal, prom, mother of the bride, evening wear, etc. My daughter purchased her wedding dress, and I purchased my MOTB dress. Love the accessories they have too for purchase. You can ask to see how a bracelet, earrings, or necklace looks with the dress. This definitely will be my go to place for future evening wear. Wonderful experience prom dress shopping for my daughter! Our consultant Marnita was wonderful in helping us choose dresses to try on and ultimately the one my daughter loved and we bought. Checkout was streamlined and easy, everyone working there was very pleasant. It looks and was very busy in there but we had personalized service with Marnita. Each customer has a consultant from the moment you walk in the door! Great experience and highly recommend them.

I love that they keep track of sales so that they don’t sell the same dress to anyone else at the school, not even in a different color!

My experience at Claire’s Fashions was excellent! I drove 2.5 hours to try on a dress there that I loved but couldn’t find anywhere closer, but it was so worth it! It was a wonderful experience working with Riley, as she was incredibly professional, kind, helpful, and personable throughout the whole process, both in person and over email! It is clear the consultants here care about their customers, and since they don’t make commissions off the purchases it felt like a genuine experience about what I wanted in my wedding dress. Riley was wonderful in suggesting additional dresses to try on to compare to the one I wanted (all within my budget and not pressuring me to try on anything I didn’t like or more expensive than my budget). I walked out that day confident in the dress I chose, and was able to order it that day at the store. The store itself is adorable, and the bridal suite creates a calm, personal experience for trying on dresses. I 100% recommend purchasing your dress from this boutique!

It was so easy to make an appointment and save the dresses I really loved prior to my appointment. When I met my consultants they were great and professional and I really appreciated that they worked with me and really listened to what I wanted to look like for my big day.
