I had a great experience at Clothes Mentor Springfield! The staff was so helpful and was able to keep hold of a bag I wanted while I continued shopping. I absolutely love my new Doc Martens bag, it will be with me throughout student teaching and post graduation. It was a dream come true finding this bag second hand and in such good condition. I cannot say enough thanks about this store 🙂

Likely due to theft the store no longer allows carts/baskets and is constantly approaching to take your items behind the desk. I found a high demand piece I was really excited about and it magically went missing behind the desk and “cannot be found” which is really unfortunate and feels like due to increased demand was not wanted to be sold at that price or taken by an employee as everything else I selected was there. The manager promised a call back and then didn’t bother which does not seem like honest practice. They do have a great selection and good finds otherwise.

I have been shopping at Clothes Mentor for about five years now. The Springfield location is the best. The managers and the staff are so friendly. They take their time to help you look for what you’re looking for. The prices are awesome. I will never go to another location. I went to the Westchester location on Black Friday. And they were very rude and very disrespectful. I travel a whole hour to get no good quality clothes. Please shop at this location. You will not be disappointed.

I found this place. It is a Jim namebrand top-of-the-line at bargain basement prices every single item I purchased fit well summer brand new. I think I got maybe 20 items including two pair of shoes two hats and I paid $295 soon I get as soon as I get an opportunity and my upload pictures, Jennifer was amazing and then I just spoke to Kathleen again amazing. Willing to go look in the store to find what I called for you need to shop here Whomever you are God bless.

Do not bring this location any luxury/designer. They low balled me less than 10% of the market price - offered me 50$ for brand new gucci sneakers with the verification card (est. 850 retail)… along with 3 more disrespectful low balls for mint condition designer items.

[response] The one pair of brand new, never worn gucci sneakers were offered at 114$... the belt was brand new B.B. Simons... and now on top of disrespectful offers, petty review responses has been added to your locations attributes ! I have been offered upwards of 450$, compared to your offer of "54.50" for the vintage mules before I was ready to sell.. I have owned and resold designer for a very long time. I know when an offer is disrespectfully low.. thank you for this tasteful response tho!

Thieves and shysters.
They'll take your items, lie about contacting you and get away with stealing our things. The Better Business Bureau is aware and investigating this awful place, namely, the Springfield location.
BEWARE!!!! Zero stars! Disgusting business practices
