Taylor Cocchia, Property manager of Original Plumtrees Heights, has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She is on top of her work, conscientious and knowledgeable and very accessible. Though she manages many other properties, she makes us feel like we are her only client.

Our property manager, Alyssa Sniffen, does a great job for our large condo complex. She is responsive, tries to resolve any issues or provide information. She comes to the property regularly and meets with residents. When someone is difficult or worse, she treats them fairly and professionally. Her insurance background gives her another dimension of understanding condo issues. She is friendly, competent, and intelligent. She is conscientious and hard-working.

Called them to handle low voltage coming into the condo. They called their own electrician. Confirmed to me that if it is something outside of the condo, if it is in the common box, they would pay for it. Now it turns out that I am responsible for the service call. I would have used my own licensed and insured electrician that is much cheaper. Now I am stuck with paying a much higher electrician bill. I feel the way it was handled is improper, I was not told ahead of time that I will be responsible for the bill, and I did not have a chance to use my own electrician. I was forced to use the associations/property management's electrician and am stuck with a higher bill.

The team at CM Property Management are excellent folks to work with. I have served on my condo board for 18 years and they have been by our side throughout good and bad times. Always just a phone call or email away. The office staff is fantastic, Mike the owner takes it for the team and Justin Carta hands down has been the best manager of our complex. His attention to detail and amazing responsiveness is impressive. Their willingness to partner with us is something this board really values. I would highly recommend CM for your property needs.

Office staff namely the one person who I will not name is rude when she answers the phone, this company I feel dose not work for the people who live in the complex but just dose what the board tells them to do. Which I feel is disgusting. I could go on but just not worth it anymore 😕 😪

Horrible company. New property manager John, is sarcastic and rude to anyone that comes in contact with him. He will not address your issues or concerns. Whether they are via email or phone call, he will either not respond or answer you very sarcastically. This company only hires out for the cheapest bid. They only put bandaids on your property. Issues are never fully addressed and their idea of landscaping is just lawn mowing at best. Do not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I want to see a say A shout out to Justin who takes care of one of the Waterbury condo complexes cm manages. He has always been there to answer all of the owners needs and has given me and my neighbors exceptional service.
