Called before driving 20 mins to come here asking about a costume, the lady on the phone with a raspy voice said they had it and I kept clarifying what I was asking for and she said yes. Drive over and everyone in the shop is so confused at what I am talking about when I said I called. Well long story short they didn’t have it so I just wasted time and it’s pretty unorganized how they do things. Better off going anywhere else

This place has to have been around at least the last 2 decades and I've been visiting ever since. It's absolutely wild how big their collection gets. I will say however, this is the 2nd time I brought someone here because it's honestly just such a cool place, but there's total sticker shock when you get up to rent the costumes. I totally get it. They have overhead. Special pieces. Staff. Dry cleaning. Seamstresses. Like I get it. But to rent just a basic cowboy hat for one night for a Halloween party they were asking $65. And that's really just not practical. And close to $100 to add a holster and vest. They weren't a matching set either. Just odds and ends that we spent an hour sifting through all their stuff to find. I just feel like maybe $40 for the 3 pieces was more what we were expecting for something we'll only wear once and not keep. It would have been helpful if maybe the racks and boxes were labeled with rent prices. But otherwise they have other options to buy, they just didn't work out for us. I will always love that place and its oddities and as long as it's open I'll check back every year for a good find.

Visited Costume World in Pompano Beach this afternoon, I was helped by Amber Gene she was so knowledgeable of all the different costumes she is a definate asset to the company.
I was impressed with amount of Inventory they have for all types of Events from all Eras of time 1500's 1600's 1700's 1800's 1900's thru Today. All types of Movies themes included.

This place is huge ! They literally have everything you can ask for !and Very helpful people .
Paid around $600 for two costums , so you’d be expecting to pay from $ 200-300 for a good costume.

I would give no stars if I could, we were so excited to look around. It was our first time and some old guy in the back was being extremely rude and treated us like trash. Absolutely horrible experience I wouldn’t step foot in here and I would never recommend anyone come in here either. Horrible service. Miserable employees. The guy at the front was nice that was about it.
