I'v been a member for 20 years now, the company has really changed.
I use to dread dealing with the office staff. Now the staff are very friendly and always pleasant. I'm verry impressed with the progress this organization has made over the past three years. Been member of Cottage Hill Water for many years. I’ve seen a-lot of improvements and change in the last year in customer service. New vehicles on the road. Guys in the field always on top of things. The ladies in the office are so helpful and sweet. Thank you for improvements and hard work.

A very appreciative "Thank You" to Dakota for helping us out today, two days after Christmas. The cold weather over the holiday resulted in a leak in the water line at my mother's property. I had been monitoring the water meter and I thought a leak was present but I needed verification. Also, I couldn't operate the valve to shut the water off. Dakota arrived this morning, verified that there was a leak, dug years of dirt and debris out of the meter box and provided help and instruction on how to operate the valve. Prompt, courteous and professional - just outstanding customer service provided in a bit of a stressful time for us. We are truly thankful for Dakota and Cottage Hill Water Works. Thanks!

Wow is all I can say!!! Ever since the new management took over, this water company has been on top of things. We had an issue last week with a water break and they were out there on a Saturday fixing the problem. Some of my property was damaged so Lynn had no problem getting it handled. I emailed my issues Saturday night and Monday morning they had my yard fixed. Thank you again Mrs Lynn!

Since new management has taken over this company, I have seen such a dramatic change in the way it’s ran! Their customer service is absolutely outstanding! You can tell the two ladies in the office take pride in what they do, and love making it a better place not only for employees but customers !

Apparently a water bill of 70 plus dollars a month is normal and now my current bill is 250, but because we used a slip n slide one day, that's what the girl is saying is why! Come on. Poor customer service by one girl who wouldn't allow me to even finish expressing my concern before she said I would have to come to the board meeting and hung up on me before giving me any info on the date or time of that meeting. I called back and asked to speak with someone else and thank God she was easier to communicate with, because I know this is not a normal bill. Sad part is, there's no other option, it's either pay or have no water.
