I just went in to exchange a dress I was buying as Christmas present for someone and was told I needed to pay the $20 difference because I bought it on sale but now it’s full price. But then after I left I called customer service and also googled their exchange policy and that is completely untrue. The manager should have exchanged it for no extra charge. Poor customer service

Love the clothes here, but they're over priced. The girl Zoey, watching the fitting rooms had a full conversation about her personal life with her coworker, but said maybe 3 words to us. Then she snapped at the girl behind the register in front of the whole store. They even charge extra for the bag to put your purchase in, at checkout. I'd only go back if they were running a good sale.

In my recent visits, I've found that the sales associates often fail to greet customers upon entry and are preoccupied with personal conversations rather than assisting shoppers. On multiple occasions, I've had to seek out help or information without any proactive assistance. When I addressed my concerns with the manager regarding the lack of customer service, I was met with excuses and rudeness rather than a genuine effort to address the issue. This consistent lack of attentiveness and dismissive attitude towards customer feedback greatly diminishes the overall shopping experience."

really nice guy helped me out today when I went in to exchange some shorts. he helped me find what i wanted a couple times and helped me out with sizing. he said he was new working at the store, but overall great service. thank u!

My first time seeing this store on a trip to Atlantic city thought I'd stop pass deleware and do some tax free shopping the mall itself is wonderful but this store blew my mind. Great deals for some stuff you can typically get at forever 21, or urban outfitters. Edward was rather helpful with making sure i got the things i needed he even went as far to take his time to check back stock .Even though there were few employees in what i considered to be a busy store kudos to him. It's reasonably priced for the same things you'll find in you typical stores.

Staff doesn't acknowledge customers. I was there twice in a week and had to walk up to employees at the register and ask for their assistance, while they acted like I was a burden for picking up an order. Also, both times I was in there the staff members were more concerned with their personal conversation than helping me.

I was in the dressing room trying on a shirt and a male worker opened the door and tried to come in. i held the door because i didn’t want him coming in when i was trying on close and i said that someone was in there. and then he pushed through the door and came in just to ask how many items i had. luckily i had a shirt and pants on but his action was still extremely inappropriate because what if i wasn’t wearing something. he could’ve knocked on the door but after i specifically told him it was occupied and tried holding back the door he pushed through. horrible experience.
