Outside atmosphere was absolutely fantastic. From the lights, the live music and booths/food trucks, it was all set up really well.
The trail was great too, but one part got really congested because it was pitch black and no direction on where to go, which kind of put an annoying twist on the experience.
Aside from my opinionated con, fantastic time.

Scary great time. They open at 6pm. Parking is 5 dollars. You walk through the woods so make sure you wear the proper shoes and clothes. They may get dirty. They do have a live band also food concessions while you wait. You can buy tickets on long but if you want the express pass you can purchase it at the ticket boothe. May sure you bring cash, but they do have an ATM on site. Before anything starts they wait until it gets dark. They did have fireworks on the night I went and even had the anthem. The haunt alone was great. Look them up and want to get scared. Go to Jay Fl

Absolutely fantastic for the size. Great scare/party atmosphere. The outdoor portions of he haunt were superb. Can't wait to see how this haunt developes and evolves over time. Planning to visit once again next year.

Always a great scary time. !!! They have a live band playing while you wait. Micheal Myers and other scary interactions creeping around then u enter the woods. Food trucks and more worth the drive every year. Thanks yall .

This was our first time visiting. Prices are fair at $20.00 per person. The haunted walk was well worth the money and will definitely return next year. They also had food trucks and themed merchandise for purchase. We did not eat a meal, but we had fried oreos and twinkis. They were tremendous! They even gave our group free water bottles and a couple of sodas because we had to wait a long time for our fried snacks. The wait to get into the actual attraction was a bit long. It was about 45 minutes waiting in line to get into the attraction.

There was a lot of good here. Some less so. There were jump scares, and creepy gross things, quite creative, and I thought the actors worked hard to put on a good show. The downside was the wait. It was pretty damn long. This may be a one and done for my group because of the extremely long wait. I don’t know what they could do to speed it up because they have to have space between groups. But also on the plus side, prices were pretty reasonable. Also on the not good list for me was the guest band that played the night we were there… a rage rock band that definitely wasn’t my style, and I thought they played way too loud for the venue size. Other people liked them. Might be a 3.5 if I could.

This was my first time going so can't compare it to previous years but I did have a good time and hope to be able to go again next year. We agreed to go big and do insanity and I'm so happy for it cause I probably wouldnt have been scared at all in the normal haunt. Please keep in mind I'm a harder person to scare and that has absolutely nothing to do with the actors or haunt. I'm also sorry to the actors that had to deal with me and my man. We did not react the way normal people probably should have but we had a blast and hope we didn't annoy any of you. There were a few spots where I felt like there could have been better coordination and more going on but that doesn't change the overall experience. I don't want to say too much about insanity and ruin it for other people but there was really only 1 point where I could understand anyone using the safe word. The actor did great though. They did everything for the perfect amount of time so it was still scary but not ever too much. I hope insanity continues but if not I'm so glad I got to experience it at least once and definitely recommend it if you have the chance. Overall definitely the best haunt in the area and a reasonable price for the experience. Even if your harder to scare I still think it's worth the money and you should still have a good time overall

Some years are better than others. A few scare attractions weren't working this time we went. And the creeps outside in the waiting area are better dressed than the actors inside. I feel like this could be so much more. We go every year but this year wasn't as good as before.
